The unit arrived quickly and my husband and I were able to install it in a few hours. We tested the water before and it had greater than 300ppm of dissolved solids. After we installed the I- spring RCC7 it had only 17ppm of disliked solids. We've had the unit for 7 months and the water still tastes great and we couldn't be happier!

Love this system, easy to install and works great. We have well water that goes through an iron filter then a water softner, and the water still did not taste that good. The TDS of the water was around 420 PPM. After i installed the new iSpring unit, hooked up to the kitchen sink spout and the refrigerator, the TDS of the drinking water is now around 40 PPM. The water tastes great, and now we do not buy bottled water for drinking. Should have done this years ago.

We just did a complete kitchen redo and added this to our new kitchen. Our plumber found it easy to install and the filters are easily accessible for the annual change. We have very good public water but wanted to remove any infiltrates that may be missed. We installed it underneath the kitchen sink and still have an amazing amount of room for other things. Now we use NO bottled water or filtering pitchers of any kind !! The price was a big plus and the convienence of having amazing filtered water "on call" is wonderful.

I have had the ispring RCC7 reverse osmosis filter system for about 6 months now. everything is functioning as expected, I had no problems installing the system and everything fit under my sink next to my garbage disposer, with some room left to store soap and cleaning supplies. I have been contacted several times by ispring to confirm that everything was functioning well. I am particularly impressed by their reasonable prices for replacement filters, although to date I have not had to replace any. I test my water with a water quality meter about every month and find that the reading is consistently about 14 or lower, a very impressive reduction from the 350 i was getting before installation. ( I am on a city water supply).

This machine is great. My husband installed it easily. Some of the connections were leaky, but a little problem solving and he figured it out. We use it multiples times a day. It produces great tasting water. The water from our tap tastes like old hose water. Remember when you were a kid on a hot summer day and would drink from the garden hose? With this water system we get crisp, clear, water every day. We were purchasing the 5 gallon bottles to be delivered every month, but with this baby, we no longer have to worry about storing the giant water bottles and remembering to put the empty ones out for pick up. This will save us hundreds of dollars each year. I am very pleased with this water system.

This product was not difficult to install. It's working very nicely without any issues. We are thinking about adding a 6 stage filter, just to make the water taste better.

Had a three stage under counter water purifier that I tested at 179 tds. Wasn't satisfied, I began to look for a system that could really solve the TDS problem. This is THE one- tds is now 7-14 ppm!
