In the last year weve had this filter it has worked well. Water tastes good, and its better than buying a lot of bottled water. Thank goodness my husband is very handy, because installation was tricky. We needed to buy a special bit to drill a hole in the granite; and it took both us to figure out how to put everything together. Were happy we made the effort.

I really have enjoyed my first year with this filter system. People commonly comment on how refreshing and clear the water is. It makes crystal clear ice as proof you are getting better water filtration than the charcoal refrigerator filter. Just replaced filters and that was easy too.

Wow what a taste difference this caused on Dallas city water. Smoother and no bitter CL after taste. Surprisingly it's or Coffee taste and Coffee maker that benefitted the most. Finally, we can taste the true flavors. Very smooth. I'm technically inclined so the install was a surprising breeze. Make sure you have room for all the plumbing. Recommended to other family members and 6 months since install.

This is a quality system that comes with great easy to follow instructions on how to install it. Installation went without any problems and the water quality is excellent, especially on the ice coming from the refrigerator which I also hooked up to the system using their kit. Thank to Matt and all at 123filter for a great quality system. Should have done it years ago!

Easy install. Comes with auto UV shut off switch. After 6+ months of Single person use with same filters it still gives me a PPM of 17 (tap water is 200-300).

I was really impressed with the quality of this unit so Nick from ISpring suggested I leave a review here. They really thought of everything you could need to install and included it with the unit. The install was easy and instructions were good. Water flow is strong and taste is good. The deciding factor for buying was mainly cost and availability of replacement filters.

I have very little plumbing knowledge, but this RO system was very easy to install. Theres a very useful 16 minute YouTube installation video that made it a breeze. The quick connects used on all the tubing is foolproof and there are colored-coded tubes and a detailed diagram so that you can be sure everything is hooked up correctly. Water tastes great, couldnt be more pleased.

LOVE this product. Installation was very easy and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. I personally have very little plumbing experience and was able to set up this system fairly easily. The customer service from ispring was great and they went out of their way to answer my questions, I also recieced a follow up from Nick at ispring to make sure my install and product was working correctly. I would recommend this product as I have had a great experience and am enjoying my pure water daily !

We finally got rid of the funny taste of city water and the OR water tastes pure. My families love it. The system is solid. The faucet is metal and even matches my big kitchen faucet in style. We use a pitcher (a 1-gl water bottle) to hold cold water and it make pouring, drinking or cooking, super convenient and way faster. The installation was easy and instruction was clear. Youtube has many videos about installing iSpring systems. I found them very helpful since I hadnt dealt with this kind of flexible tubes before. I also talked with tech support. They were very friendly and took the time to give me a lot of knowledge. (I wish all product supports could be like them) A battery operated small water flood alarm is in included in the package. Its a nice surprise to me. It makes loud alarm, but I dont think as 101 db as claimed. I feel that I can rely on the system for years to come.

Stop buying bottled water, people. While there are a lot of little parts and precise connections in getting this system set up, it is well worth it. After the first six months of purchasing our system, our holding tank developed a certain funkiness to it. We tried all sorts of fixes to no avail so I finally reached out to iSprings customer service. They promptly replaced the holding tank at no charge and we havent had a problem since. We love our water and so does anyone else that tries it. I preach the benefits of this RO system to anyone that will listen and very much appreciate Josh and the rest of the customer service team at iSpring.
