I received the order in good condition. Installation was easy as I followed the instructions closely. I did not encounter any leakage problem. Everything just fit perfect. My municipal water TDS is about 370 and, after the filters, it is reduced to about 26. The water taste great! I think I will add an alkaline filter later. Highly recommend.

Nice high quality product. Easy to install if you follow the instructions exactly. The only small concern is that the water has tiny bubbles when it comes out of the faucet.

Great RO filter, one of the canisters had a crack in it, but they replaced it with no problems. I highly recommend this filter

Love it so far.....water tastes much better! Simple install. Broke a fitting installing but home depot has them typically in stock. Thanks to Nick at support for checking in to see if i like it too

This filter works as expected. TDS reading from my tap water is about 330. TDS reading after this filtering system shows 14. Easy to install. It took me about 1.5 hr. The package comes with all necessary parts. Only thing you will need is the fridge line connection kit if you need to connect it to your refrigerator.

Installation was pretty easy (though the design makes for a spaghetti of hoses). All the needed parts were included and even some extras. The faucet looks nice and works well. The rate of generation of water is much better than my old Culligan. It's going to be difficult to replace filters without removing the whole unit though from under the sink. The design of the RO housing will make its replacement really difficult.
