The system works great! The water where we are is not good at all. It is very hard on pipes, filters on the faucets, and everything it touches. This system takes out all odor and bad taste. You can see how much it really works when you change the filters and see how dirty the filters are. In the sink without the system, you can see the buildup from the water. The filter on the end of the faucet needs to be soaked regularly. In the sink with this system, complete opposite. I would highly recommend this system, it works great! Good customer service as well!

Nearly a year later the system is working very well. Other than the initial fitting leaks, which frankly should be expected with those style of hose fittings, and easily fixed. No problem recommending the system. Great value for what you pay for.

Absolutely love it. It took a little while getting all it connected and installed under my sink, however the product is worth every dollar, and the quality of water...forget pitcher or faucet filters; reverse osmosis is the proper filtration system. pH came higher than tap water and ppm came significantly lower from tap water.

We recently purchased the ISpring water filter and had our handyman install it. It took him about 2 hours and we were good to go. I was worried the unit would not fit under our sink but it did. We noticed the faucet was leaking and i reached out to their customer service who quickly issued another one which we received in about a week. I was so impressed with their customer service. We are so glad we have this filter now we don't need to buy so much bottled water.

So far the best purchase for my kitchen... I went from 377 ppm from the faucet to 21 ppm according to my cheap tester. I was able to install the unit, having no plumbing experience without issues in ~2 hours.

This thing is quiet. Taste delicious. With the YouTube video and instructions in the box it was easy to put together. I broke a piece over tightening and was delighted to see they shipped spares. This product saves me a lot of money replacing bottled water, tastes much better and is great for my dogs and hydroponics. I highly recommend.

This is one of the best RO water filter systems that i have owned.. Installation was a breeze and i had good drinking water in less than an hour. I have been using RO for my saltwater tank and this was bought for drinking water. The water quality is so good, i am thinking of getting a second unit for RO for my saltwater tank. No more tap water or Costco water for drinking.. The faucet is excellent and matches with my counter top.. see photos of my installed unit, you will know!
