I was a little bit skeptical but no more. What convinced me that it works was the dog bowl. The dog bowls are stainless steel and I had to clean the calcium deposits out before refilling, I don't have to do that anymore. It really works!

The hard water has left me with dry hair in the past. Now I am happy to say my hair is soft and manageable. The water has smoother feeling to it. I would recommend this product.

I installed it just in front of our tankless water heater to protect it and have also noticed no more calcium collecting on our sink and fixtures. easy to install too. It actually works as advertised.

I was skeptical! but needed a solution. Got this setup last month and notice less residue on dishes. Although water still hard, I think this helps some.

Great device. Worked wonders in one day. Removed calcium buildup from the shower head, the shower, the toilet tank, the feed line to my Ispring RO unit, and, although I can't see it, from the pipes and hot water tank. My shower water heats up faster so it must have cleaned off the heater coils. Another quality product from Ispring and USA made.
