System works great! We plumbed it ourself within 3 hours. The time and money is well spent. Its amazing to see the difference in the filtered vs. non filtered water.

Ordered this unit arrived but not the correct unit for my home. Talked to their customer service we did an exchange and upgrade. Their customer service was outstanding and the new unit works great. They have even followed up to make sure I was satisfied.

Our tap water has always tasted weird but this system removed all of the bad taste! Im very glad that I have safe drinking water now. Helps with the environment too since we wont be buying bottled water anymore.

I had been reading about different systems and trying to decide what would be best when my husband was talking with our dentist ( who is also a personal friend) said that he really liked his system in the office and what it was and how they need a good system for many dental needs that doesnt have all the minerals and chlorine. After hearing this and reading more about it, I ordered one and wouldnt change this for anything. The water is so fresh and tasty I would never go back unfiltered tab water. A truly wonderful product.

This product performs very well. Though the installation instructions are somewhat vague. Filters work within minutes of installation. Be aware that the system is a significant size. Anchoring correctly and being level is very important.
