Great quality product. The resulting purified water tastes great and the components look and feel like they are made to a high quality standard. Installation is pretty easy for even minimally handy people. If your the kind of person that can barely use a screwdriver then installing this yourself probably wouldnt be a good idea.

Took me about 2 hours to install. I am pretty mechanically inclined, and good at stuff like this. It was so nice to have a product quality metal fittings, and UNDERSTANDABLE directions written by a person who speaks English. The unit will appear to make a lot of bubbles (air) in the first 3 tanks or so, after the air is parsed from water running through the system a few times, the water is crystal clear. Great buy for around 200. I would YouTube how to install compression fittings on plastic tubing, and installing supply lines under the sink. Filters in the unit have a 6 month life and the water storage tank refreshes quickly (more quick with good pressure water). Great buy, but I could see some people have a tough time installing this filter system if they are not the most handy. Minimal tools required to install this unit. I drilled through my ss sink because I didnt want to drill my butcher block countertop.

Using my new RCC7 system couple weeks now and so far enjoying it. The installation was pretty strait, instructions are detailed and youtube video helped also. The water tastes much better that it was before! No leaks for now. So we really enjoy the RO system and hope it will last long!!

This is probably the 10th or 12th under-sink filter I have installed over the years. And I am here to tell you its just about as easy as it gets. ALL of the parts were there. I didnt need to make endless Home Depot/Lowes runs like I do with most things I install since every necessary part was included. When installing, you must be aware of a couple of things. First of all to flush the first three stages (which you have to do every time you install new filter cartridges) you have to disconnect the membrane feed which is only accessable on one the right side (looking at the front) of the unit. If you install the unit on the left side of your cabinet (which I had to do because of space issues) you cant access the connection to reconnect it after you flush it. In that case just leave all the lines full length (dont shorten them) so you can just lift the entire unit out of the cabinet. This also make flushing very easy since you have to catch the run-off in a bucket and its far easier to do outside the cabinet than inside the cabinet. If you install it on the right side or back of your cabinet, or some other location, probably not an issue. The second thing (which I knew from previous installs) is when you open the membrane DO NOT TOUCH IT. It is sterile and if you touch it or get any kind of bacteria on it said bacteria could possibly propagate into your water. Cut an opening in the vacuum sealed bag the membrane comes in on the end with the rubber seals (you will see it). Then squeeze the membrane out of the bag and directly into the housing without touching it (only touch the bag). The instructions mention this but only in passing. It should be in large red font as it is very important. We have 400ppm+ (almost 500) water here in Jacksonville and this is putting out 10ppm. Not bad. Water flow from the tank is good, the faucet it came with is of exceptional quality, installation was a breeze, and they even included some spare parts such as additional o-rings, etc. Overall I am a very satisfied customer.

Great replacement for an older RO system that failed to produce any volume of purified water. Before I invested any more $$ in my old system, I looked into a new system instead of repair. The iSpring system was less expensive than other similar 5-stage systems and the installation took me about an hour. I flushed the system using the recommended procedure, and it started producing purer water (PPM) than my old system ever did. Their online video is easy to follow and includes many installation tips. iSpring includes a leak alarm that can save you from serious water damage before it occurs!
