I should have left this a long time ago. I've had this 7Stage iSpring system for about a year and have enjoyed the most amazing water ever since. I have a Meter that shows my tap water at 250 PPM and my systems water ranges between 15 and 22. Aside from smooth pure water, NO LEAKING whatsoever. That's huge! Support has walked me through any questions and has assisting me with tweaking as needed. Can't wait to enjoy another year and hope to see many many more with this system operating. Thanks iSpring!

System is just as described and easy to install. I did not have any issues. I added another stage and the people at iSpring were very friendly and helpful. Shipping was very quick. They have contacted me few times to be sure my system is working and if I need any assistance. They are putting in a very nice effort to see that their customers are satisfied, and for me, that goes a long way. Definitely recommend!

This is the second unit we've purchased and we absolutely love it! Install is easy for an experienced plumber and the new faucet is gorgeous!

I got this as a replacement for my old RO system which stopped working so I just had to unplug the old one and put in the new one making note of which tube goes where.. I feel the instructions we not very clear as to which tube goes where. I feel that the parts should be labeled so you know which color tube goes where. This system was better put together than my old system. I gave it 4 stars for not putting labels on the ro machine showing which color tube goes where.. I like the water alarm that comes with it that goes off if there are any leaks. The only leak I had was on the ro tank which I just had to tighten. Also the faucet is very nice.

Produces water much faster than the APEC system I replaced. My previous system was supposed to be 50 gpd and this one is supposed to be 100 gpd, but this one produces water at a tolerable rate after the tank runs out. The APEC system only produced a trickle. I tested the TDS with an Aquapro water tester and it was 467 from the tap (not a typo, San Diego city water is 467) and 26 with this system. The faucet is also much nicer and larger than the one that came with the APEC system.

Faucet looks great in my kitchen. Its nice that they included some spare parts with the unit. TDS dropped from 200 to 18. Pretty impressive!

Definitely a great purchase. I love the taste of the water and the beautiful faucet. The one year filter pack costs less than the proprietary refrigerator filter cartridge replacement and the water quality is incomparable.
