The taste of the water is amazing. Wrap your screw ends in teflon tape where appropriate (the instructions tell you when it isn't), take your time, and it is good to go.

Picked this item over the reverse osmosis as I didn’t want the tank under the sink and I wanted some amounts of minerals still in my water. The faucet fits in with my decor and works very smoothly.I was concerned about installing this myself as I don’t feel comfortable doing any type of plumbing. Nevertheless, I installed this over the course of an hour without assistance. Other than having to work in the cramped space under the counter, installation went well. I was concerned making the connections to the incoming water line, as I was thinking that I’d be providing three new joints for the system to leak, but that wasn’t the case. The only slight leak I had was on the water-in side of the filter housing (a few drips/day). It looked like I received a return unit from Amazon and the pieces were already used. I called the manufacturer and the sent out a new piece/joint right away and once installed, no leaks at all.I didn’t think I’d be able to tell the difference from unfiltered, but wow. Side by side test and I could tell before I took a drink due to the smack of chlorine smell/taste from the unfiltered. Filtered has no chlorine smell/taste at all.It looks like replacement filters are around $35 bucks for all three filters and that the replacement schedule is approx every 6 months. I spend about 50% more than that for one filter for my refrigerator. So far (3 weeks) I’m very happy with this unit and the customer service I received. Would definitely recommend.

This is an awesome system! Super easy to install. I replaced a water filter system with this one and the faucet is a major upgrade. The water is clean as well so we now have more drinking water to use. I should have done this years ago. Thank you Nick, in customer service, and iSpring for a great product.

We have had the iSpring US31 system for two months. It is simple to install and comes with all required parts and valves to install under the sink. Water tastes clean and refreshing. We discontinued bottled water service saving $30 a month. This system and replacement filters are reasonable priced compared to similar systems. Contact NICK (678) 261-7611 at iSpring if you have any questions. We had a small leak at the faucet handle, called iSpring and they sent a replacement.
