The installation was so simple, in fact, that we went ahead and ordered the additional line to run this to our refrigerator to have access to clean water and ice (since this unit provides more than enough water to handle our needs). Customer service was also helpful when we needed an extra part for the fridge installation.

Installation manual was very clear and concise. Easy to follow. The hose connections were really simple to use and connect. Easy access for future filter changes. The housing frame is a nice sturdy steel and not flimsy plastic. Plenty of shut-off valves in strategic locations. Color-coded water tubes were a brilliant idea which further simplified the installation process. The extra parts that were included were a nice bonus.

Used a diamond tipped hole saw on a cordless drill and had the mounting hole drilled through granite in a matter of minutes. The rest of the installation was so easy. Just followed the steps in the video.
