They provided a diagram of the system install and that is all I needed to complete it. Very straight forward, everything labelled and they provided extra parts just in case. I used one of these part so I could provide filtered water to my kitchen faucet they provided in addition to my refrigerator. They also provide free filters if you send them a picture or video of the install. Here is my install. Did it in my basement allowing easier access to replace filters.

It has everything you need, except for the tool for drilling a hole. But my tool box has a drill. I spent 350$ to fix the water disperser in refrigerator due to frozen water storage. It is worth having a Much high quality RO water than that from refrigerator disperser at much cheaper price! Highly recommend to have this system and stop using water disperser in refrigerator! Just installed for a week, everyday look forward to drinking my new clean RO water from Ispring!

Ive had the system in place for several months now, and Im quite happy with it. No longer does my drinking water (from SE Pennsylvanias Schuylkill River) taste funky. It tastes smooth and clean....As smooth and clean as any bottled water, but much less expensive, and much better for the environment that having to toss all those plastic bottles in the trash.

Overall installation good, did not use faucet it didnt fit my countertop. I Like the color-coded lines, the lines included are good length allows for flexible placement of filter unit. The faucet connection is a terrible design - The threaded pipe wasnt long enough so when I secured the faucet to my counter there wasnt enough thread left to seal the line with the compression connection, not to mention the next to impossible physical contortions needed to get to it in the first place! Make the faucet connection better & youll earn that 5th star NICK ! I gave up and was able to re-use the faucet from the Culligan unit this was replacing (which costs more for filter replacement than this whole unit btw). Plenty of extra connectors included, wrenches to use for replacing filters, a leak detector was included with my unit. Im pleased with the water quality and look forward to being able to replace my own filters easily when needed.

Purchased the product late Nov last year and installed it in Jan 208. It took me about 3 hours to install it. Now I use it everyday. The water tastes almost same. I also purchased a TDS Tester. I live in Toronto. Water from tap reads around 140. After using the product, the tester shows around 117. I do recommend the product. One thing I dont like is the instruction and the video from website says after installation, I need to drain 2 tanks of water. Then I can use it. Actually I drained 4 tanks of water, the water still looks a bit cloudy. Later I have to contact Josh from the company. I was told its safe to use and with time the water will be clear. Thats why I rated 4 stars, not 5.

I installed my system in the basement to feed water to the fridge in the kitchen on the first floor. It took me more time to install the shelf above the door than the system itself. The tubing was easy to connect with John Guest connectors. if you have any leaks, just redo the connection and make sure the tube goes all the way in. To connect to the fridge I used 1/4????compression set consisting of insert and plastic compression ring. The taste of the water drastically improved removing any residual taste of chlorine and other elements. The water was practically tasteless, in a good way. After descaling my espresso coffee machine, the taste of my coffee changed too. After registering my system, received a nice follow up from Josh.

I replaced an older GE system with this unit, and could not be happier. The iSpring is head an shoulders above the GE product, there is really no comparison as far as bacteria reduction, contaminants, and iron reduction. I was also very pleased with the quality of this product along with the needed supplies and the way the hoses worked with the quick connect, color coded etc.. I was also very impressed with the 9v battery operated leak detection system that was provided. Very much a quality product. Have suggested to friends and rave highly of the company and this product.

Love this filter. Water tastes SO clean and refreshing. Our whole family is drinking more water. Spout is streamlined and attractive. We hired a plumber to install and it took him less than an hour to do it.
