Pretty great filter, the faucet drips a little bit after use but then it stops. It was fairly easy to hook up with moderate diy skills.

Great system, easy install, high quality product. The included faucet is amazing and everything is high quality. Just installed it today and only took one hour. The instruction manual is high quality laminated paper in color and with pictures so its very easy to follow. Water taste great and I'm very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend buying this.

Easy to install, can run both the faucet and water/icemakers in the fridge as well. Ice from fridge is almost crystal clear and getting clearer by the day. We will be purchasing another for our new house next month as well. We will never not have a Reverse Osmosis system for drinking water again. Highly recommend.

Ordered this water filter to improve the awful tasting tap water where I live. The system works as advertised. All parts are of good quality. Installation following the YouTube video took about an hour and a half including cleanups. Filling up and flushing the tank twice took half a day. Water tastes great. Wish I bought it years ago.

I purchased this product over three years ago and it is great. You must change the filters at six month and one year intervals to keep it working good. It delivers wonderful, clean, crisp, fresh, water from a faucet. The water tastes as good, actually better than, bottled water. In todays society with water problems all over the world there is nothing as valuable as having great tasting water at your finger tips to drink when you need it. Not only does the product deliver great water but the company and their customer service department are great also. I had a minor problem with my system after it was in use for three years and I called the company for some advice on how to correct it. They sent me a new part free of charge with no questions asked and no hassles involved. Think about that for a moment you don't find a company that backs its products and its reputation like that anymore. I recently bought a Whirlpool refrigerator for over Two Grand and in six months is was causing problems and Whir;poo; a national corporation refused to do anything, claimed that the doors not closing properly are not under warranty. That is typical of business today sell overpriced items and offer no service or warranty after the sale. That is why I am writhing this review, this company iSpring is selling a wonderful product for a reasonable price and stands behind what they sell. If you are in the market for a great Reverse Osmosis system dont hesitate this is the one to buy. I've looked at many systems and this is the best value for the dollar with a company that stands up to the quality of the product. There were many good companies like this in the past that went out of business because people didnt but their products, and the companies refused to lower their standards or raise their process and they went under just look at the Tucker Automobile. Great car way ahead of its time and was pushed out of business because their product was too good and the others didnt want to match their value. If you get a chance see the movie 'Tucker' with Jeff Bridges. Anyway don't let that happen to iSpring this company is GREAT.

The package arrived pretty quickly. My plumber installed the unit in the basement. He ran it up to the kitchen into the refrigerators ice maker and also to the faucet in the sink. We had some tiny air bubbles for a few tanks worth but eventually went away. Great tasting water and clear ice cubes.

This is the second RO system I have purchased of this iSpring (for a different house). My main reason for being loyal to iSpring is that the replacement filters are easily available and very reasonably priced, just don't lose the tools for loosening the filter housings as it is very difficult to replace the filters otherwise. I have purchased RO systems from Whirlpool in the past and while they have filters that are easier to replace, the cost of the filters were relatively high. Furthermore, I think the water just tastes better on this iSpring unit.This unit has a brushed stainless/nickel faucet so its a little fancier than the previous unit I purchased which had a chrome faucet. I like that these units have standard gauge hoses that are compatible with the quick-connect fittings that you can get at the hardware store for polyethylene tubing. This is important for me because I split the output tube to go to a sink at one end and to a refrigerator water line at the other end. It works just fine for this application. There is enough pressure in the tank bladder to supply both ends. If I am in the market for another RO system, I will go with this again.

I replaced a fairly new r/o system with this one. The other brand was the ez change filter system. Well it was no easier and the cartridges were quadruple the price. This ispring system uses high quality components throughout. From the filters to the faucet top grade. I also needed to contact tech support about adding my permeate pump. They responded very quickly and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. Most importantly the water tastes great!!!!
