I bought this heavy duty system because our water was very rusty and sediment. I didn't want to have a softener and took a chance that this would solve our water quality issues. It did! we have water that tastes like bottled water now. it's great! The product is heavy, the filter element is very strong. The filtration accuracy is higher than that of a normal front filter. After the purification of the water also does not have the taste of chlorine, feel that the cooking is delicious, but also to protect the home water appliances. I'm satisfied.

It has been a while that we knew we are in need of a good whole house water filter.We have serious scale issues.The installation took about 3 hours, and you need to have basic plumbing knowledges.I called the technical support line and they were very helpful.Now the system is put in and up running, and we don't have scale accumulated in the pots any more.The water tastes better too.I would recommend this product to anyone looking to improve their water.

The Ispring wgb32b has been a great water purification system which was easy to install and easy to replace the filters. I would recommend this to anyone who wants clean fresh water.

This is a great whole house system. I had Express water before and this purifies much better, based on smell of the water and my feel after shower. Now that I have had it for over 8 months I can say it is much easier to maintain. Best of all I like the water. I really like the system overall.

I purchased this system to replace a whole house system that was in my house for about 20 years. The instructions for installation were very thorough, easy to follow. Even with these excellent instruction I managed to goof up part of the installation. I contacted Customer service through e-mail and Andrew at Ispring helped me track down the problem. HE provided great instructions to track down my error. The Customer service could not have been better!! The water is wonderful now. A word of advice, don't be cheap like me, and think you can use one of those old filters from the previous system.
