For the money this is an amazing product. It does everything the manufacturer says. This is not a water softener, but it accomplishes much of what they do at a fraction of the cost and with no maintenance. The major reason for using a descaler is to extend the life of your water pipes, hot water heater and fixtures. Any limestone build up around sinks, showers and toilet bowls is far less than before and can easily clean up with little effort.

Works very well for it's intended purpose. I noticed the water bowl has very little deposits in it even after a week. The faucets and tubs don't get scale buildup, the shower nozzles stay cleaner. We are very pleased with this product.

It did everything I thought it would. I was amazed two days after I installed it, I drained out the water heater and was surprised with the amount of scale that came out.

I have had this item installed for several weeks now and see a lot less of the calcium build up in my toilets and shower. I know it’s also helping with my hot water heater. A good investment without a huge price. I recommend this product and want to say that Nick from iSpring was great with any questions I had.

Installed the device just few days ago and already feel and taste the difference of our water. The main reason we getting the product is to prevent hair lost cause by the hard water in Midwest region. The installation was extremely easy. I just followed the instruction booklet provided in the box and complete the installation in less than 15 min. the only main thing that people has to be aware of is to make sure the water flow direction and wire thread direction are the same as the instruction shown. I'm look forward to have the device for long period term, and clear the scale build up in the water pipe.
