Installed 11/25/2016, read the directions first, there are some confusing acronyms and a miss print but nothing that cannot be figured out depends on your level of discernment, manual is pretty solid. I chose to drill a new hole through our granite counter top so glad I did instead of repurposing my soap dispenser. This is even reviewed in the IOM.Take your time and dont rush through it and make a mistake, it could easily be done.First impression product is solid with a few minor improvement it would be first class.Cons; some of the pre-installed fittings are turned in the wrong direction which puts unnecessary stress on fittings and tubing. Since the fitting is pre-installed you have to tighten it slightly, not recommended to loosen the fitting to achieve the better angle, just dont tighten to much it is plastic on plastic it WILL break. The plastic bladder tank valve needs to be upgraded, 10-15 wraps of teflon tape shouldnt be applied on any fitting. A SS valve like the feed water valve even at a price increase would be a better option and rate the product higher.In closing awesome product, great price, good directions. I would buy another one or upgrade the existing.FYI, the first two steps are to install the feed water valve and the the drinking faucet. Do yourself a favor and temporarily connect the blue line to the FWV and turn on and off the wate rot simulate use and look for leaks and address at this stage. After you install this system under the sink you will not be able to access it at the end of installation if it leaks. The blue tubing is easily removed after youve tested it.

I have been using this RO filtration system for three years now. The water tastes great and the system hasnt gave me any problem all these years. Changing the filters is very easy and they are well priced. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good filtration system.

difficult nstall, professional install and had a water leak.. i had to call ispring, with some help i was able to resolve water leak. Take the time to follow every step of the instructions, my installer did not and I had a mess to clean up. Water quality great, love the taste.

Finally, quality water at home. Sixth stage very important. Without it, I was always really thirsty--even though I was drinking a lot of water. RO apparently makes water acidic and the sixth stage restores the water to a more bio-friendly alkalinity. Yummy water--that I can now be sure is free of so many possible pollutants. Fits under the sink just fine. Having the tank assures that there is always plenty of water for drinking and cooking with. Extremely satisfied.
