Love not just knowing i am drinking VERY clean water, but that its also alkaline due to the mineral filter.. I love this system, water tasts amazing, and saves me lots of trips to the grocery store

I installed it myself and was surprised how easy it was. After a year and a half of usage the results have been great. TDS in my tap water was 450, out of the filter it is 37 (Arrowhead bottled water measured 145). I have not purchased any bottled water since installing this system. I bought a Bormioli glass jug to store cold water in the fridge. The grand kids call it "super water" :) My son has since purchased the same unit. Im going to buy another one for my brother in law who lives overseas. I highly recommend this company and product.

I love this reverse osmosis water filter. Weve installed it into our kitchen stink. Looks great and works fantastic. The water is very clean and refreshing.

I waited 6 months to write this review. We love it. The price is very reasonable - that is the main reason I bought this system. The water taste good than my previous carbon water filter. Now my kids are spoiled with good tasting water that they cannot bear the thought of drinking unfiltered water. They bottled their own water everywhere they go.I would prefer the flow rate to be higher but we can deal with it. The water straight from RO is slightly acidic but I knew that and hence the reason buying this system with alkaline remineralization.Mine has a very small leak at the screw fitting of alkaline remineralization cartridge – it creates 2” diameter “pool” on flat surface in a week. Not worth the time to fix it. I put a paper tower under it to absorb it. Hopefully this leak will go away with new cartridge.Installation – I am not a handy person but I can do it in half a day. I have to mention I already have a 3-way fitting that connected to my previously carbon water filter. So I just took out existing one 3/8” tube and added a push in ¼” to 3/8” adapter connect to RO ¼” tube. The rest is pretty straight forward.

the system is pretty good. The membrane was defective a couple of times but was promptly replaced by the customer support. The water quality level remains within 30-50 PPM, while without the system it is around 400 PPM.
