Bought the system because i was getting tired of lugging bottled water home, the Install was pretty straight forward. Just read the manual before and during the install to follow the sequence properly.My tap water is "heavy" and acidic tasting measures 267 on the TDS meter. After installing the system the TDS meter reads 20 and the water tastes much better !Very pleased with it and saving on the bottle water expenditures to boot !

replaced RO system myself. The hardest part was the faucet- removing and replacing it and that was because where its located-- under and behind the sink. So, imagine youre on your back under the sink...looking into the dark crevice between the sink and the wall that your head is against. Its dark and small. There is a special tool that would make things easier- that I didnt have. Anyway, its working perfectly. Very happy.

This product is great. We use this for our Tea Bar and our customers are very happy hat we are treating our water to make it clean. All the problems with water in the USA, this item has been great for us. When we change out the filters, we can SEE the difference. That is very important. People should be buying this .

Great system replaced our Kennitco with much better pressure with our well and takes our TDS from 700 to 26? 2 years old now and never a problem!

Great system!! We also picked up a water tester so we can see the difference between the filtered and non-filtered water for proof of its impact. Our water is pretty bad in Pennsylvania, so we are way more comfortable drinking the water with this system. Since buying it a few years ago, my brother purchased one for his home, and my mother has too for her home. Highly recommended!

The water quality in our neighborhood was very poor, lots of rust and the strong taste of chemicals in tap water forced us to purchase bottled water for drinking and cooking so we decided to try this system as it was highly rated. We are very satisfied with the taste and quality of the water the RO system provides and no longer buy bottled water. We had a rough time installing all the hoses properly and the RO unit takes up a lot of space under the sink we also worried about the plastic hoses leaking or bursting while we are away from home. We have had the filter for nearly 3 years and have had no problems with the plumbing or hardware. It is quite a project to change the filters and they are somewhat expensive. Overall we are pleased with this filter system and it is cheaper than bottled water if you live in a place with poor tap water quality.
