Awesome system, easy to install. Just follow directions.Bit of trouble if you have a granite counter top like i did.After 6 mos. Faucet developed a small leak, probably an o-ring wearing out. Called the company and they are sending me a new faucet unit.I am very happy.

The limited space for connection made it difficult to make secure connection with the weak plastic tubing connectors, otherwise its GREAT! Good, fresh water & we no longer have our Keurig coffee pot plugging up with minerals. Its wonderful!

The shipping was Blazing fast and arrived overnight. The RO Unit came with very well thought out and easily understood instructions which made installation a breeze. Simple to install with basic hand tools and minimal skill it seems to be a good product. Waiting for the tank to fill as I write this review. I recommend this to anyone needing a good RO setup.

I have had this for months now and absolutely love it! Removing fluoride from our drinking water was crucial for me and this is one of the few affordable systems I found. I wish I got it years ago but needless to say easy to install and I have not had any issues.

We purchased this unit for our new kitchen. Our ham-fisted plumber forced the assembly of the RO filter and broke both the filter and the housing. I let Andrew at iSpring know what had happened and that I needed to order replacement parts. They immediately shipped replacement parts at no charge even though their product was not defective in any way. Talk about customer service! The unit now works perfectly and we are enjoying fresh RO filtered water. We couldnt be happier!

I have had the system over a year now and have been very pleased. Water taste is excellent as well is water flow rate. Installation did take some time as there are numerous parts, but just take care and follow the instructions. Things are well labelled and color coded, so not bad to put together. Great value and excellent water.
