Ive had this installed for about eight months now and it continues to operate flawlessly. Anytime the topic of water filters comes up I always recommend this filter/company. My faucet head began to develop a slow leak in the base a few months after installation; I called the local company support line and they had a replacement on my doorstep within 36 hours. With customer support like that its easy to recommend them.

I purchased the iSpring RCC7AK early this year. We live in an area that has rather hard water with an undesireable taste.The unit arrived mostly assembled (As expected) with good, detailed instructions. I would also _highly_ recommend viewing the youTube videos that document the installation. I am helped by seeing things done and the video helped. The proper tubing was included as long as some extra o-rings. Turns out the extra o-rings were for people like me, as I crushed one of the original ones while threading one of the filters into the unit. _VERY_ happy to have an extra one on hand!The water is absolutely fantastic! Very crisp and clean. I no longer use bottles _at all_, as the water that comes out of this system is (to me) way better than say an Aquafina. I ended up using the included filtered water faucet on my sink for all coffee and some cooking applications as well as splitting the output from the holding tank over to my fridge to enjoy the filtered water chilled.The biggest gotcha is while installing. It is inevitable that some of the fittings/connections/seals will initially leak. There are quite a few and even though you think everything is tight you just do not know until you turn on the supply. Be ready for it to leak the first time you turn it on. Mine leaked in two places initially. One was a filter fitting that was not seated entirely and the other was a tubing connection. Took a minute to find and tighten, but there was water around. Have a towel or two ready.

Weve been using it for 6 months now. Install was pretty straight forward. Works great! Our water was always pretty bad, but with the iSpring its like night and day difference. Definitely recommend to my friend and family.

iSpring RO water system is easy to install and product is well constructed, very sturdy.Before RO system, water had 150 PPM and after installing it decreased to 15 PPM.Awesome tap design.Very responsive customer service. I had some queries and I emailed them. they responded in a day with right technical answer.

I have owned the iSpring RCC7AK for over a year now.Ive always been able to taste the city water and for years really played a role in the small amount of water I was drinking. When I wake up in the mornings I would try to drink a glass of water. When I did, I did not feel very good and my stomach was upset. I decided to use Crystal Spring, and paying almost $30 a month for 15 gallons of water was not cutting it. Between me working out and drinking water, and my wife and our 3 kids water was starting to cost me a lot of money. I will not lie, I drank the hell out of that Crystal Spring water. I moved out of the apartment into our new house and I felt like I was just throwing money away and wanted to get a RO water system. I looked at Home Depot, Lowes, and a few online. The cost for those were very high and when I read the reviews online they were not very high. There were a lot of customers who hated their systems or the filters were junk. I looked a while on Amazon, and came across this system and the 9 stage with the UV light. From what I read about the UV, people were saying the water was coming out really warm, and for me I love cold water. I opted to forgo the 9 stage and just get the 7. So now you know why I wanted the system, lets talk about the actual system. I thought the install was a 4/5. Instructions were OK, but if you go on the website and watch the video, it will make it a lot easier. Once you get everything hooked up you have to prep the tank by running the system for a while and flushing it out. You want to make sure you have an extra opening on the counter, because it has its own facet for the water.My city water is a good alkaline value; however the TDS meter reads at over 400 parts per million. That is considered on the high side of things. With this system in place I have a healthy alkaline value and my TDS is around 24 on average. I can wake up in the morning and drink 2 glasses of water and I have 0 taste and my stomach is not upset. One of the other reasons I like this system is that the filters are not expensive at all. $70 for a year supply. That equals about 2 months for me at Crystal Spring. Im happy i made the switch, im saving money and at the same time I still have some great quality H20.

Install was a breeze and it took under an our for a mechanically included person to do. Not a single leak on the first attempt. All components seem to be well made and extra parts such as seals/connectors are included. Will definitely recommend,

I purchased this water purifier system for my kitchen based on a recommendation from a friend. The system was simple to install with the help of numerous YouTube videos and the instructional manual. The system comes with all the necessary items to make this a DYI project. It may look complicated, but if you follow the steps, you can accomplish the install in an hour (as long as you already have an opening made for the water spout connection).The quality of water is superb. There are no odors or abnormal tastes. The water tastes very "crisp" and "clean."
