Installation was easy. I believe that my last system developed problems because of the water pressure. I called the company and they said that this system should be good for my house. Have had it for 8 months and it's been working great!

The customer service team is great to work with. Short of an o-ring and called the company. Don took care of me and sent me on right away. Got it the next day and finished the installation that week. Nice system, nice company!

Nice system, no issues. Built a small utility closet outside my kitchen and installed it there so as not to crowd the bottom of my kitchen sink. Makes it easy to supervise and change out filters. If there is a leak it won't be in my kitchen.

We've been using the RCC7P system since 2018, and due to some misunderstandings, we only just now did our first system maintenance and filter replacement in early 2023. Although we're well past the filter replacement schedule, this system has been performing great the whole time through; we use it for watering plants and other sensitive needs that require pure water (crucial when you live on a well with high iron levels in the local water table). The only issue we had with replacing the filters was the fifth-stage post-carbon filter, where the older one we had had a sealed-on screw-in fitting. Michele & co. helped me sort out what I needed, especially after a mishap with ordering the wrong size fitting, and after getting that in quickly, the new filters work great and the whole system works as fine as it ever has. Now that we have new sets of filters ready to go and a better understanding of how to maintain it, I look forward to many more years of great water!

I returned home to find a leak in our system. After removing the unit and re-pressurize we saw a stream coming from the housing cap, not a connection. It had been about a year since the last filter replacement. Our system has been in use for a few years now so I did not expect iSpring to help, but wanted to make them aware of the product failure for QC purposes. Surprisingly Customer Support responded that very weekend. Francis sent out replacement parts and we were operational the following week. The parts included the newly designed cap assembly where each cap directly connects to the next. No more hoses. I did not install the new assembly as I will have to completely disassemble the unit and get an extra hose. Next filter change I will. I am blown away by Francis' & iSpring's support of their products. I honestly have to say if you're on the fence about which system to purchase without a doubt, go with the iSpring system. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Francis!

The system works great and the water is very good!I have had the system for approximately 6 years and have only had to call for tech support twice. They have been very professional and courteous both times. Recently, it seemed like the pump or pressure sensor was starting to fail. I spoke to Francis over email and he correctly diagnosed the problem and sent out the correct parts right away. I called to get more help with wiring the new pump and was able to get pictures and wiring diagrams emailed to me immediately. It's SO hard to find good technical support and customer service these days. This company has exceeded my expectations and needs. Thank you.KMNewnan, GA

RCC100p has only been in for a week but is working great. I had zero problem installing and what has to be close to a miracle...not one leak. I have had RO systems since 1993. the water in las vegas was very hard. I had a custom system in LV with a pressure pump. I forgot how good they are. I now have a larger than normal tank. It hold apprx 3.5 gals. It filled it in less than an hour. My old system was from that company that sounds like a light bulb rating. It was in use for 15 years but not problem free. I had about 5 repairs over the years. This system replaced that one. My system has a under the counter ice maker so it uses a lot of water. My tap water in upstate South Carolina is very good but things can still get into the pipes. Tap water is 40 PPM.RO water is now 2 PPM , the lowest it has ever been.MY 2 cents......If you can afford it...get the system with the pressure pump you should have all the water you need. So far very happy with my purchase.
