For me, hand tightening isn't tight enough- I guess that's why they include the wrench in the box. Got that fixed and the system has been working great!

This whole system including tank is kinda bulky and it barely fits my kitchen under sink. Other than that, no complaints.

I put a scheduled reminder in my smart phone to remind me to replace the filters, and I periodically check the TDS (total dissolved solutes (solids)) on my system. Works great and the water tastes very good.

The water tastes great and I think the water flow is good for a reverse osmosis unit. We use it for cooking and making clean ice and coffee. The unit serves us well.
