Need to cut some tubing and reconnect because there is a small slow leak on the connection to the main under sink water line, easy enough fix. The instruction manual does not say anything about needing Teflon tape which you will, I had to go get some as I am not a professional plumber and didn’t have any. Took about 3-4 hours to install but as I said I am no pro and it was a learning experience. 5 stars because it takes my city water and makes it taste incredible, and if I could install it anybody could.

The system is well built with quality materials and connections. They are serious about using the teflon tape.

Haven't tested the TDS yet, but it appears to do a good job filtering the water.

We wanted our drinking water clean and ice cubes clear. We had a separate line running to the refrigerator, so that was simple and only required the purchase of a separate splitter and now the RO system hooks to our refrigerator, ice cube maker, and drinking faucet in the sink.

I never knew installation of such complex looking RO system will be so fast and easy, I would have bought this systems many years ago, if I knew that it doesn't need electricity, pump and complex plumbing. The water now tastes neutral, exactly like bottled water.

Working under sinks isn't the easiest thing, but this was designed very well, and isn't a bother to put in. Don't have to worry about dissolved pharmaceuticals that people flushed down the toilet getting into the water supply.

Typically the biggest complaint with inexpensive systems is that the filters need to be replaced frequently. Not with this system.

We have had the system a few days now. This system works great, and is convenient and easy to install!
