This is a well designed system built with quality materials. The tubing connections are well engineered. The cold water connection uses quality plumbing, unlike some cheap sets that simply pierce into copper tubings to serve as valves. Needless to say, in fact I used to have such a cheap R-O system that leaked all over the undersink area and run into the carpeted dining room causing a big mess. By the time the leak was discovered, there was mold undersink, and the dining room carpet had to be lifted and dried for days. So it was very important in my recent purchase of this system to consider the quality of the plumbing materials.

5 starts. Great product quality so far. All manuals are straightforward and clear. The youtube video gives you a straightforward instruction of how to deploy the system. Pretty easy with a right set of tools and basic (lawyer) plumbing knowledge. Shipped really well packaged in durable boxes for each component.

Was delivered very quickly. Installation was easy and anyone can install it. We had to wait to have a hole drilled into our granite counter. But all good. Great quality so far.

Weve had the iSpring for a few months now, and WE LOVE IT!! I installed it with my dad, which was a fun project for us. The water tastes fresh and clean, and I dont need to worry about any junk or chemicals that may or may not be in our drinking water. It comes with a tank that holds a few gallons of filtered water, and because of that, the water always runs quickly when we want to use it (doesnt just trickle out of the spout.)

I installed the system myself in March 2015 and 3 years later the system is still working like a charm. My regular water from my own well is ~150ppm and the filtered water is ~5ppm, on par with bottled water and filtered water from other sources. I use the filtered water for indoor plants as well, and they grow very well. No more buying, carrying and storing the big 5-gallon bottles of water from the stores. Filters do need to be changed once every 6 months per manual, but that process is easy too.

Exactly what I was looking for. Everything required for installation was included, and the process was simple. I appreciated the push-fit Guest style fittings. Filter housings feel sturdy too.
