The faucet supplied is a high quality one that has a lifetime ceramic seat. I had to buy one of these faucets to replace one that uses rubber seals that came with another RO system after several years of usage. The 3.2 gal storage tank is nicely sized being tall instead of wide so it fits under the sink easily. Overall this is a high quality system and very reasonably priced that should provide many years of good tasting clean water. The manufacturer is extremely responsive too.

Absolutely fantastic! Easy install, the flimsy faucet is perfectly fine, and the water is odorless and tasteless. Great buy!

Great product. The quality of water changed dramatically as soon as we installed this RO system. The product does come with a nice installion manual and they also have a video that will make installation a breeze even for a novice user. Everything else from shipment to customer service is on time and up to the mark. Will recommend it to friends.

GREAT WATER! Better than the bottled stuff I've been paying for previously. I had friends over that were pretty impressed with the taste too. The installation is a bit tricky and I was missing a nut to attach the faucet to the counter, but iSpring was VERY responsive in resolving my problems. Thanks Helen your a rock star at customer service. The end result was a good looking system that has worked fantastic for the last 2 months.

Very easy to install. I purchased this unit to replace my watts 5 stage OS. The hoses are the same diameter. The hose attachment via compression works surprisingly well.

Purchased 3+ years ago. Excellent system, super easy to install. Would recommend this product to anyone who wants R/O water. The price is one of the best you will find for that much in a unit.

Replaced a 10 year old RainSoft R/O system that started leaking between the canisters. This system comes with everything you need and great setup directions. Fortunately I was replacing an existing system so a lot of the plumbing work was done already. The water flow out of this thing is amazing vs. my old rainsoft. I can fill 1.5gal jug for my fish tank in just a few minutes. What i really love about this system is that it really comes with everything you need to put it together - right down to the canister wrenches, PTFE pipe tape, and even a water leak alarm!. I did run into a few minor challenges during setup. The red hose lead connection to the faucet valve uses a pressure fitting vs. the standard quick lock connectors which popped off several times until the hose pushed back far enough to screw down. No biggie just didnt realize it since the instructions indicated it could be either type. Secondly, be ready with the towels during the first start up. I ended up having three of the fittings spew water as the system built pressure. Just be sure to seat each hose onto the locking connector with an extra push until you feel it click into place. Thirdly, the system seemed a bit noisy for the first 30 minutes or so as I ran the the flow through bypassing the tank, and then the two hours to fill the tank. Again, not a big deal, but the instructions could call out some of these gotchas for the complete newbies.

The system was EXACTLY as advertised. Very well packaged and all components well labeled. Installation took less than an hour and only that long because I had to modify the water inlet on my clear ice machine. My ice cubes are now crystal clear and make my drinks taste better for sure. We also "Td" off the line and installed the faucet. The quality of the faucet is superior to even the big box store models, well made, smooth operation and simple to install. We descaled our Keurig that day and now we only use RO water in that as well as all of our drinking water. My only negative would be on me... why did I ever wait to buy this system years ago!

I used to drink a 24 bottle case of water every week because the water quality in my neighborhood was not good enough to drink from the tap. I tried several different carbon filter products and even a countertop filter, and could still taste chlorine and other contaminants in the water. I installed the ispring which took up a lot of space under my sink but was easy to install. I could not believe the difference in taste of the filtered water compared to bottled water and tap water. I have not had any leaks or any trouble with the fittings or faucet. Some reviews have reported that the faucet is cheap and can break when installing, and that the fittings for the tubes are very low quality. I would classify the quality of fittings and faucet as adequate. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone. The only drawback is that if you live in a water restricted area you will not like the fact that this product can waste up to 20 gallons of water a day due to the dirty water waste.

Excellent reverse osmosis system at a very good price. I've had it installed and running for a little over a week, and am very pleased with its performance. Pros: Everything was included, plenty of extra/spare parts, installation was a breeze, faucet is of surprisingly good quality, directions were clear and helpful. Cons: Tubing is a bit thin, particularly the red tubing that connects to the water source. I would recommend using a slightly thicker tubing to reduce the possibility of leaks and bursting. The unit operates a little louder than my old Rainsoft RO, not too bad, but somewhat noticeable. Faucet does not have an air gap, which is slightly undesirable for an under-sink RO unit utilizing a shared drain. Ice maker kit is sold separately.
