The filter was fairly easy to install. I have had it for about 4 months now with zero issues. The quality of the water is amazing. I am very glad I went with this purchase as it was well worth the money. They have a customer service line that picked up on the first ring and helped me with a few questions I had. Highly recommend this product.

We absolutely love our iSpring reverse osmosis water filter. The water filtered water is crisp and great tasting. We are tea and coffee drinkers and iSpring has immensely improve the quality of their taste. We also drink lots of water and love the crispines and high quality of the water. We no longer buy water bottle! I highly recommend this water filter system.

Got this a couple of weeks ago and finally got the chance to install it. Everything went smoothly, directions were clearly written, the only issue was the black water line that was included wasnt cut straight and I didnt notice it until after the system was running, so when it went into its fitting, it leaked. It was easy enough to pull the line out and trim it so it was straight.

We LOVE it. purchased our RCC7AK system 9 months ago because we are on well water and our white poodle had staining around eyes from high iron content. all stains are now gone. And water taste great. was also very easy to install under kitchen sink and attached to ice maker too.

Easy to install. The faucet is good quality. I have a family of 7 and was tired of buying water bottles. Now everyone gets to enjoy healthy water and it will pay for itself over time. I even use it to make coffee, tea and wash my fruits and vegetables. The water tastes great!

Excellent product and shipped fast and in excellent brand new condition. Installation is not my forte so I hired an handyman to do this. Everything went well. Now I have superb drinking water that is clean and taste great!!!.

This is a super nice system. All of the connections were the kind you push in. During installation, the only leak I had was with the line going to the dispensing faucet. A couple of extra turns of the wrench fixed that. I took my time and installed this in about 4 hours under my sink. My water tester shows 30 parts per million from this system. Tap water is 280 ppm. The zero water filter actually did drop it to 0 but wasnt as convenient.
