Well done, nice system. Live in Florida where its not uncommon for water to flow from the tap green and this system actually makes it drinkable. All components were shipped in a very well organized box and installation was simple with clear instructions. All factory assembled fitting worked as expected with no leaks.Third system Ive purchased like this and this has been the best by far.

Arrived promptly and was much easier to install than I had expected. Most of the components came pre-assembled. All parts were of very high quality and the instructions were easy to follow. A very small amount of water in the first three filter stages showed that they had indeed pressure tested it for leaks before sending it out. They provided a full-color step-by-step instruction booklet. I installed my unit in the basement, between two 2x6s directly below the sink area. It was easy to two drill 1/4" holes straight up so that I could feed the lines to the faucet and to the reverse-osmosis drain to the under-sink connections. I was able to tap a plumbing line in the basement to source the tap water supply. I did have a question regarding the connection to the drain line. Before or after the P-trap? (Answer: Before.) Customer service was prompt in answering the phone, very knowledgeable, and located in the USA.I also purchased a kit from them to send purified water to my refrigerator. The parts in the kit made it easy to hookup. I would definitely recommend this vendor and product to a friend. Yes, the water tastes great! Much better than our tap and free from the pollutants that the city (Charlotte) doesnt remove.

Very easy to set up, it took less than one hour, 30 mins of which went into drilling a hole in my porcelain sink. I also got a water tester, the TDS went from ~450 to ~20. My fridge water filter output tested at ~400 before the install. The pipe to the water faucet was leaking initially, but if you follow the directions exactly then you should be good to go.

We have been using this RO system for almost a year now and the water quality is still top notch. With a breastfeeding baby at home, I have to constantly drink plenty of water, so it was really important to us that our water be as clear from toxic material and fluoride as possible. iSpring has really done that for us and has avoided us countless trips to the store to refill our water containers. The installation took about 2 hours and was fairly straightforward. We contacted iSpring a couple of times (once due to UPS shipping error, and once for help with installation) and their customer service is absolutely stellar! They are super prompt, friendly and helpful. Well be customers for life!

I installed this system in December of 2015 and have been very pleased with the results. Great water, easy installation (I am handy with tools) and thus far a flawless operation. I have just now received a two year supply of filters along with the alkaline filter and will soon be making my first change - I expect an easy swap. I do suggest that you mount the unit to a sturdy backing to facilitate an easy removal of three of the filter housings. Will recommend this RO system to anyone!

So the whole thing works great... however, its definitely not for those who are not handy (me).Tried to install it myself, failed and had to call a contractor who took extra long to undo my work. Would recommend you not trying unless youre super confident...

Weve had this installed now for a few months and I LOVE it. Its quiet, easy to use, and the water tastes great. When my husband first suggested it, I was afraid the water would taste weird. In fact the first few glasses were cloudy and I couldnt get myself to try it. Now, I cant get enough of this water. I drink many glasses throughout the day. I was also concerned that the tank sitting would leave the water room temperature and that I wouldnt like it "warm," but I found just the opposite. The room temperature water is easier to drink. I drink a full glass right away in the morning. I just chug it down (and enjoy it), verses cold water that you would get "brain freeze" from drinking too fast. The taste is fantastic. I think Ive become a water snob though, and I can no longer stand the taste of treated tap water when I go places or accidentally fill my glass at home. In fact, the tap water from my home tastes awful now, despite me once thinking it was great. As for install. Id say it went fairly well. The setup and our plumbing situation didnt match up at first, so my husband had to contact the company to get an additional part. The company sent it to him right away at no charge so he could finish installing it. We had a couple leaks initially, which was weird because the parts that were leaking were parts that came preassembled. After tightening them up, it wasnt a problem, but its definitely something I worry about. It does come with a sensor, but we havent figured out a good way to keep it in one place, as it seems to get bumped and tipped over easily since we store our garbage can under the sink. Yes, the garbage can still fit, even with all this equipment under the sink.
