We have been using this system for a few months now.System was easy to install with great instructions.The water is great. We also hooked up our ice maker.Works like a champ!Should have installed it years ago.

Installed and works like a charm. The added minerals address any concerns I have about water that would otherwise have all the minerals removed. One thing, but doesnt impact my rating at all: The water dispenser lever is NOT spring loaded. You dont have to keep holding down to fill something up. But, just dont get distracted while filling up your coffee pot, as Ive done twice now, because itll overflow. :/

This RO system is great!! Water tastes good, and was easy to install. Im not a plumber, in fact plumbing scares me. I was going to hire a plumber to install this, but after watching the YouTube videos and reading the instructions I felt confident enough to do this on my own. I had a two small leaks after the tank filled up but that was to be expected. I simply tightened up those connections and I havent had any problems since.The money I save from not having to buy bottled water, will pay for this system in no time. The replacement filters are a bit costly, but again in the long run I will save money and there will be less plastic used. Not to mention the huge trips to the smelly bottle return rooms!!

Great unit easy to install. I can only give it a 4 star because when I called the manufacture I got an answering machine so I left a message and no one got back to me. The reason I purchased this unit is because of the great ratings when it comes to customer support. The unit is excellent and works as promised.
