Ive had this RO system for about a year now. It is very simple to install and also very simple to replace the filters. I havent owned any other brand of RO system before this one so I cannot compare but we are very pleased with iSpring and couldnt imagine needing to pay more for some other brand. The people at this company are very helpful as well. Our granite installer drilled the hole about 1/8" too big and we called them to see if there was a little larger plate we could buy from them and they just sent one free of charge. We were blown away by this. We will be buying another system from them in a few months for our new construction.

I bought this system because the water coming out of our fridge filter tasted like drinking out of a hose. While this did make me feel nostalgic, I prefer to have clean tasting water. After installing this system the water is delicious. It tastes better than any bottled water I have ever had. It was very easy to install.

I really enjoy this RO system. I replaced my old RO system with this, so setup was really easy as all my lines were already run. The water was a little cloudy at first but cleared up after some moderate use (the company said this might happen). Water tastes great and the tank is holding pressure just fine. I have recommended this to a few people and think its a great product and value. I was planning to wait a full year (since installation) to review on my experience with quality over time and after a filter change but the company keeps messaging me to write a review, so 6 months later, Im writing to say I am happy with my purchase.

It has been providing great tasting water for months. There has not been any problem with the system. Alkaline stage makes it a perfect system for me.

Its been a few months since I got this system and its been great. Why didnt I do this sooner? Water tastes great and its really nice to know Im not drinking all that junk anymore. I use the water for all drinking, cooking, food washing, ice cubes, the tank has never run out. No leaks and everything fits nicely under the sink. The company has been great too. The faucet was originally a little bit loose but when I contacted them, they sent me a new set of gaskets at no charge. I looked at all the different systems and options when I purchased to make sure they seemed reliable and would remove chlorine, fluoride and similar chemicals. Im very happy with my choice.

Quality is amazing, USA made. Friendly, helpful sales staff. Excellent instructions, easily installed. Filtered water = 20 TDS; feed water = 160-200 TDS. Only con was the 3/8" compression fitting on iSpring Feed Water Adaptor valve, that was not compatible with USA standard 3/8" compression faucet hose. Solution was substitution of a flare connector faucet hose with a faucet washer, from Lowes. I highly recommend this product.
