I have this water system installed and worked out great for me. However, on the 11 months (still in the warranty period), one of the carbon filter's lid was leaking (mist) and soaked up the wood on the kitchen cabinet. I called Ispring and spoke to Nick and explained to him the situation. He told me that the system need the water inlet pressure regulator to prolong the plastic parts from cracking. Nick immediately, shipped me the replacement filter holder set and the pressure regulator. Nick is very helpful and understand the urgency. I would give Nick a 5 stars.

I save so much money with this thing, the pump helps lower the waste water, and I recommend getting replacement mineral drops. Beware of the YouTube videos, they leave out rinsing the replacement carbon filter. I forgot once and I had black water for two days, nick in customer service was quick to send me a replacement filter. These systems make a huge difference if you wanna go green, Ive had the same 24 pack of bottled water in my fridge for over six months, and I drink lots of water...the maintenance and replacement filters are not even pennies on the dollar when you compare it to bottled...

I purchased this RO unit 5 years ago. I have it plumbed to the kitchen sink with the included faucet, the ice maker and water dispenser on the refrigerator upstairs and the fridge in the basement. It has lasted flawlessly for 5 years. Recently the pump stopped working. I called Customer Service at iSpring and talked to Nick. He helped me troubleshoot the problem and then sent me a couple replacement part, no charge. This is amazing service given that I've had the unit for many years. This is the best RO system for the money and the company backs their product with great service from guys like Nick.

A Shout Out to Brian at iSpring Tech Support. I had a few issues concerning missing parts and Wow did Brian Deliver. I had installed a rather complicated version of this system in my basement adding a lot of additional components to allow it to function correctly. My system was missing the spare parts kit and also missing the locking ring on a fitting from the 5th stage filter inlet. Brian jumped into action and not only sent me the missing spare parts bag but ultimately send me many additional spares for future breakdowns and even tossed in a special check valve due to the long length of the R/O rejection line to the drain connection. Finally he sent me a new 5th stage filter with the correct fittings that were not included on the original unit. I have to give iSpring and there competent kudos for Excellent Support. If anyone is looking into buying a system like this and is not handy at basic plumbing you will feel confident as they can pretty much help you with parts and how to install everything over the phone with the exception of handing you the screwdriver.

We couldn't be happier with this system. This is actually our second one, we sold our old house where I had installed one years ago. We chose the RCCP7 with the booster pump this time for our new house. Quality of every part is fantastic! Instruction booklet excellent! The quality of the water, of course, fantastic! I would not go with any other brand! A great Alpharetta, Georgia company, great to deal with customer service people like Richard. Support this great company that gives back to the community with their "Filter of Love" program that gives RO systems to those in need in the greater Atlanta area. If you need help with your system they are always there.

Seems like a very refined product which delivers excellent water. We have a well with hard enough water that you avoid drinking it. This device renders it to the quality of a fine spring. it is paired with a Ready Hot instant water heater which has also been excellent. Initially, I noticed the booster pump turned on every time water was drawn which shouldn't happen and results in premature system degradation. Eventually saw that at low flows this didn't occur suggesting a supply imbalance to the output (the pressure tank was connected via 3' of 1/4" tubing as supplied, and this slowed down water delivery to the Ready Hot faucet, which must have higher flow capacity than the Ispring faucet- resulting in a pressure decrease at the pressure switch at full flow). Called support and explained the situation and possible remedy. Their response was fantastic- they sent at no cost 3/8" tubing and all the required fittings, to increase the feed rate from the pressure tank to the output and happily it now works as designed (even though the root cause is another manufacturers faucet). Can't do better than that- highly recommend this company and their products!

Great system and so easy to install. Installation instructions and the YouTube video made it a breeze. Ran the water to the refrigerator and to the included faucet at the sink. If you have a cast iron/porcelain sink, you will need a special 1/2inch drill bit from any local hardware store. I got a porcelain bit and it did so well on the cast iron I just kept going all the way through...it was maybe $14 for the bit. Our water source in the Utah mountains contains Radium and this system should capture 97% of that...weve noticed an improvement in water taste as well. Overall a great product. See video on complete installation...I am planning on remodeling out kitchen this summer. Sorry for the 80s wall paper liner. :)

Have been using this water filter system past 1 week; very satisfied with the overall performance and tasty water as good as drinking mineral water bottle. Also quite reasonable one time and reoccurring maintenance cost. Love it all and definitely recommend to all.

We have had an RO system for many years but have recently moved and needed a new one. We chose ispring because of the mineral replacement filter, the good price and the warranty provided. I especially liked the quality and appearance of the faucet. One of the places we priced these wanted to charge $400 just for the faucet. The faucet, which is the only visible part of the system is beautiful and very functional. Our neighbor who installs all of our appliances installed this under the floor near the basement ceiling, so we have plenty of room under the sink. Our little video will show his work. Shortly after installation the faucet leaked. We contacted the company and Josh, the rep was very responsive and quickly sent us, not a kit to fix it, but a new faucet that arrived in 2 days. We have had no further concerns. The flow is very good, much better than our previous system. We will certainly recommend this system.
