This system worked fine during 5 months. After that, it started leaking from a fitting, a housing cracked and UV light burned. I had to call them and they sent replacements.

I installed the ispring unit without any problems, although I did mount the filter unit in the basement after reading a review of where this person mounted his ispring in the basement. I did leave the tank under the sink and so far everything has been working great.

This unit took me quite some time to put together. Mainly it was due to the UV component that is heave and hard to stay in place with the clips but I managed to follow the manual and did it fine. The flow sensor switch works fine. I was concerned that UV would stay on and cost heat and energy waste. This flow sensor solves the problem. The water tastes like bottled mineral water. I cant stop drinking it.

Overall installation good, did not use faucet it didnt fit my countertop. I Like the color-coded lines, the lines included are good length allows for flexible placement of filter unit. The faucet connection is a terrible design - The threaded pipe wasnt long enough so when I secured the faucet to my counter there wasnt enough thread left to seal the line with the compression connection, not to mention the next to impossible physical contortions needed to get to it in the first place! Make the faucet connection better & youll earn that 5th star NICK ! I gave up and was able to re-use the faucet from the Culligan unit this was replacing (which costs more for filter replacement than this whole unit btw). Plenty of extra connectors included, wrenches to use for replacing filters, a leak detector was included with my unit. Im pleased with the water quality and look forward to being able to replace my own filters easily when needed. Update: DH did the research, the faucet is not included with other more expensive RO units, so I agree its unfair to reduce a star for that.

Very impressed with this company and the product. The customer service is great. Easy to install. Water tastes great and the replacement filters are affordable. I installed the system in my basement and ran it up to my kitchen sink to save space under the sink.

VERY PLEASED WITH SYSTEM AND EASE OF INSTALLATION. ALSO THAT REPLACEMENT FILTERS WILL BE EASY TO FIND AND PURCHASE. SO GLAD WE CHANGED OUR SYSTEM
