It was easy to install until I had to struggle with water leak from blue line connecting the faucet. Took a lot of effort to fix that , thats why I took a star off. Otherwise water tastes good.

This is a high quality product. The packaging was good. My father (65) was able to install it easily and the most important thing, water tastes very good. Also the included faucet is one the nicest I've seen so far. The water detector is very useful too.

I use this everyday for drinking, cooking and coffee making. Refilling water bottles makes me feel a lot better than throwing away plastic. The water tastes great and I believe its much healthier for my body since it takes out all the pollutants out of the water. If you are somewhat handy you can save 100 bucks by installing it yourself. The most challenging part is to drill another hole in the sink or counter for the drinking faucet. By the way, the faucet that comes with this filter doesnt look cheap at all. Once the hole is done, the rest was easy. I would highly recommend this water filter to anyone.

Product shipped quickly. Installation instruction was good. Had no issue installing it. It had all the attachment and everything needed for the DIY installation. Loved the new Luxury design EU-style faucet that happened to match the existing faucet set we have. Product quality looked good, and the filtered water tested good and tasted good. Price of the system is very good for the quality of the product.

Easy ordering and the unit arrived earlier than projected. The unit and all contained was packed really well. Everything was labelled clearly and the installation instructions were very clear. I have installed RO units before so I know how they are supposed to work, inflow, drain, various filters, etc. Everything was color-coded and labeled so I did not have to think too much about which hose line goes to which connection. All the parts were easily identified and installed, and they provided Teflon tape for threaded connections. I had the unit installed under our kitchen sink and working within a couple of hours. The faucet is attractive and I just replaced the sprayer with it so I did not have to drill a new hole in the old cast sink. The water quality is excellent and what I expect from an RO unit and filter system. So no more buying water at the store, no more plastic jugs in the landfill and we can enjoy our coffee in the morning with RO water.

Before I got this filter, my water was so nasty I couldn't drink it. This system has made an amazing difference and right out of the faucet is very tasty. My coffee, tea and ice have a completely different taste too. It does everything it says and I am satisfied beyond my expectations. My friend installed it, since I have no motor skills at all, but he said it was well-designed and easy enough to put in. If you are at all handy, you shouldnt have that much problem. I wanted to put the filtered water faucet where the sprayer was and needed a bigger washer to do it. Called customer service, gave him my order number and date of purchase and he put it in the mail that day. If you are buying bottled water, the money you will save will pay for this unit in no time and the replacement filters cost $35 bucks a year. Not bad.

Product well packaged and included the good looking Brushed Nickel Faucet. I bought this to replace my 13 years old RO system and they are almost the same design, but this new systems did have some design improvement and they are a lot better design. Have been using it for two months without any issues. Easy follow instruction and I am familiar with the quick fitting connector. Install without any issues and start the systems without any water leak, all works in first try. Quick fitting connector is very easy to assemble and it will not leak water if you follow the proper instruction. I think this is high quality product and they include extra parts just in case you need it, those is not cheap if you need to buy them individually. Though one point to note is the water generation depends on a lot of factor, temperature and pressure of your water supply did impact the speed of the water generated, so in the winter, water generation is slower than summer. Personally, I would recommend them to upgrade to a 100GPD membrane, it will speed up the water generation even in the winter time, consider cold winter in Canada.

I love the new EU faucet very much. The water tastes noticeably better than the water from our fridge.
