Works like a charm with my iSpring RCC7P-AK 6-stage RO water filtration system. Once we installed it, we IMMEDIATELY saw a marked improvement of the quality of ice produced by our freezer. Now our ice cubes are so pure that there are barely have any bubbles trapped in the ice itself. Moreover, the tray that makes ice is noticeably cleaner and more efficient.

Over all good quality. It did not fit the whirlpool WHER25 system right out of the box. WHER25 faucet line (blue ) is 3/8" . All connections in this kit use 1/4" connecters. Bought two additional adapters (1/4 OD-3/8 OD) from Lowes to make it work.

Worked as described. I have a GE reverse Osmosis filter and it uses 3/8 tubing so I had to buy an adapter at the local hardware store.

Assembly was easy and parts provided various fitting options based on what type of connections you have.Only complaint: I flushed about 2 gallons of water through the tubing prior to use, but the water/ice coming out of the fridge now has a terrible plastic taste. Ive flushed more water through, but taste remains. Hoping this is temporary. For now, only using RO faucet for water. Plastic ice taste...well find out.

I used to the kit to hook it up directly to my cold water pipe. I definitely dont have to much experience with the water supply lines so I did not realize that this is for very thin tubes (RO), fortunately when I checked my water tubes in the basement I found a 1/4 inch supply tube going to my humidifier. I was able to very easily hook up the system to this pipe. At this moment my only concern is that after I turn back the water on when the pressure came to the splitter I got few drops showing up but then it stopped. I am hoping that this system is tightening up under the water pressure from inside. I will observe the connections for the next few hours to make sure :)
