This is one of those purchases that the term "buyers remorse" does not apply. Just the opposite. The quality of the customer service is superb because these people care very much about their product and how it is perceived by their customer. Their instructions were clear and the video was excellent. Every optional connection was present. Installation exceeded my expectations thanks to a good fit and high degree of quality of all components. The fresh taste of the water makes the finish of this product perfect. Five stars...plus.

OK, i hired a plumber to install. BUT.. so happy.. We live in Mexico and the water out of the tap is so nasty. Our dog won't drink it. With the filter it tastes great! We and the dog drink more water now. Excellent!!!
