Please note: do not over tighten the nut securing the faucet. If we can do it (we are not handy at all) so can you because it is a very simple installation. They also have a video instruction which we found was really helpful.

I would recommend this product 100 % When we make tea with tap water it is very cloudy, with this system you can see through the tea. I don't taste any chemicals and the water quality is like spring water, natural, pure, no particles.

We convince ourselves that not all the RO systems are built equally. This system is smaller than the previous system we had, so it gave some of our under-counter space back. What's more important, the water tastes great! Less time waiting for the bottle to be filled, too!

I am so excited about this RO500 filtration system! I loved the design and after reading a bunch of reviews I decided to just go for it. First and foremost, I love how compact this filtration system is. I store a lot of things in my undersink cabinet so I needed something that wasn’t going to take up a lot of space. Even though it is pretty small it works really quickly. I wasn’t really sure how the system would be able to fill a water glass very fast since it is tankless but all of the previous reviewers commented on how quickly it works and they were right! It doesn’t take long at all to get a glass of water or fill a pot to cook with. I really like that the system keeps track of when to change the filters. It makes it easy to set it and forget it. I don’t have to keep track of how many months or how much water I’ve gone through in order to know when to replace the filters. I just know that my filters are working properly. One of the only complaints I have about the filter system is that you don’t change all the filters at the same time. Some of the filters last longer than the others so you kind of have to stagger when you change them. I’m grateful the system is smart enough to keep track of it all for me so I don’t have to some how try and remember when each filter needs to be changed, but it does seem like it would be more convenient if all the filters were changed at the same time. I guess this is pretty standard for filtration devices though. I was actually really surprised how easy it all was to set up. I did it all by myself in an afternoon. I live by myself so I was really worried that I was going to have to hire someone to install it for me, but I watched the Youtube installation video and everything was super easy to follow. I would highly suggest watching the video before installing. The graphics in the video make everything so much easier to understand. I liked that the port for all the cables and pipes are all in a single location on the device and clearly labeled. It not only keeps everything organized but it makes it easy to understand how to set up the device without worrying that you are plugging anything in the wrong spot. The real moment when this filtration system paid off was when I got my mom to finally try it. My mom comes over all the time but absolutely refuses to drink tap water. I always have to keep bottled water for her, but I am very environmentally conscious and I hate purchasing all the plastic bottles. After a few visits I finally got her to try the water from the RO500 and she said that she liked the taste even better than the bottled water!

I was able to assemble the whole thing without breaking anything and without there being any leaks with only a bit of help from a friend. Pretty straightforward instructions in the video. Works great and very low maintenance.

Got this and followed a YouTube video to install it. and the filtration system was able to get it as low as 2 but averages at about 6ppm.
