I purchased the iSpring RO system to replace my GE system because it became difficult for me to locate filtration cartridges for the GE unit, and their cost was exorbitant. This is the 3rd RO filtration system I have had and by far the best one!The price was right and the replacement filters are also reasonably priced. Shipping time was as promised. It was easy to install and came with all the parts needed to do so (and they even included some additional parts in case you have a trickier installation location). My previous RO units were 5 stage and worked adequately but this time I decided to purchase the 6 stage from ispring with the mineral cartridge (puts the good minerals back into the filtered drinking water) and I am pleased with that decision, the water tastes great.

Pretty easy to install - my daughter and I did it and the water is super great. We live in Gilbert AZ so its a must and so far everything is great, I hope changing the filters will be easy- havent done that yet

This is a great product AND the people at iSpring were very helpful in its installation. I didnt tap into the pipes on my own. I live in an apartment and didnt want the liability if something went wrong, so the landlord hired a plumber. (Besides...Id seen enough of my fathers plumbing "adventures" to know better!) Having said that, however, I think I could have done it on my own. I love the water and the knowledge that Im not drinking a bunch of chemicals. The price is right and soooo much easier than hauling jugs of water around. Ick!

I just did a full replacement of the filters and membrane this morning and after 2 tank flushes it brought the TDS count from 650 down to 30. Before changing out the filters the TDS had drifted to somewhere around 200 but I hadnt been taking regular TDS readings so I dont know the timeline of the drift.The system was very simple to install and everything connects, disconnects and reconnects easily. The only thing that was a little more difficult that I would like it to be was opening the RO membrane housing. Also, I had put the o-ring in the wrong spot when putting the membrane housing back together and it leaked all over the place, oops. It was an easy fix. I never did mounted the RO system under my kitchen sink that way I have easier access to change out the filters and I can energize the system to check for leaks before putting it back under the sink.

We absolutely love this filter system! It was very easy to install and the directions were easy to read. We tested the water purity and its down from 220PPM to 7PPM and the alkaline filter works well too, tested it at 8.2

I got an ispring water distiller about one and half years ago now had it fitted with a plumber the only thing with the fitting was one of the fitting did not fit on English plumbing cant say what it was but the plumber managed to find something to goble it together, that being said it has worked perfectly ever since, my water when tested gave a number of 270 when I tested the water through the distiller it was 18. I also tested my water yesterday after the filters had been in over 5 months it was 30, so I give it a 5 out of 5.
