I am very happy with my purchase. System was fairly easy to install and works great. Besides a few leaks from not using enough teflon tape and the storage tank not being big enough for my needs everything else is working good. My water was around 124ppm and after filtering its around 10ppm with alkalinity added back in. I also added a di filter to get my water to 0ppm. Would definitely recommend this product.

Nice system, easy install. Great customer service. And I mean great customer service. Had a small problem and they sent me a replacement part and it works great now. Tested the water at my tap and its 160 ppm. My samsung refrigerator filters the water down to only 120 ppm. This ISpring 6 stage filters down to 20 ppm. I recommend this system.

This RO filter was easy to install. I am fairly handy, but I think almost anyone could install it. Directions can be a bit confusing to follow in places but in general they get you through the process. It seems to be working well so far and our water does taste better. I did not use the included faucet as I am running the RO water through an insinkerator hot/cold water unit and I am using the faucet included with that. It seems to be working well and I now get RO hot and cold water. i am also glad it is built in the USA!
