Works great. Good quality water. The only issue I experienced was the provided plastic main water shut off valve leaked. Save yourself trouble and go to Home-depot buy LFA-139 EVP Cooler Valve. Use the provided adapter to fit your water line. I read many reviews about their provided valve and found that to be true how it caused leaking.. It leaks because of the design. Now, no leaks with the replacement valve. Very happy with this product. I would recommend this product to everyone. Remember to push fittings all the way in so no leaks occur. That has always been the case with pex tubing. The design of this product is well done. Only took me 2 hours to install completely. If you have granite or marble counter, use a diamond drill bit to drill out hole, take plumbers putty to make a cup on counter and put water in it when drilling, this assists with cooling the drill bit. Use cordless drill and angle at 45 degrees to keep drill bit from wondering. Enjoy the great water. May Jesus bless your life and I hope this helps others.

Works. I drink way more water now. This is a small investment in your health. If you get it also get some Concentrace mineral drops too. I put 2 drops in a glass and WOW it tastes like spring water.

I just got done installing and flushing this last night so its only been operational for ~ 24hrs. It took a couple hours to install it for me and 2 trips to the hardware store. I took my time and was especially nervous about drilling through the counter top.My first trip to the hardware store was for the 1/2" drill bit for the counter top hole. The second trip was for a compression ring which I wish they wouldve included with the kit. When you use 3/8 compression fitting I had to cut the plastic line since the tap into the water line is about 1.5" long. This resulted in the second trip to get a new compression fitting. A part that cost a few pennies. Some tips I learned during the install. I identified the spout location from underneath the counter top and drilled a pilot hole from the bottom up. The reason for this is that the backing plate to retain the spout is pretty large, ~2" in diameter so you need to make sure its not too close to the sink basin or any blocking underneath that was installed to support your counter tops. Upon inspection i only had a few options to mount the spout due to the large backer so I placed the backer where I wanted and drilled a pilot from underneath to ensure it would align. All the fittings are plastic. With that said make sure you put a ton of teflon tape around the top of the tank before you install the shut-off valve. I initially only put a couple wraps (2-3) which resulted in a small leak at the top of the tank. I ended up putting 10+ wraps around the threads on top of the tank.Youll probably need some synthetic plumbers putty to put between the counter top and spout.. Having a 15" straight edge with a level is handy for putting in the two screws to hang the filters. Youll need some time and patience to install and flush the various components.Pros: You get 95% of everything you need to install aside from a couple tools and possible one additional part in my case. Everything was as advertised, very well packaged (triple boxed). The instructions were clear and concise. The components of the system only took up half of my under sink space so i have the other half available to use. Everything comes out really easily for maintenance/service. I had to install/remove it a few times to make sure everything lined up for my install. Reviews say iSpring is great to deal with but I have yet to find out. Maybe I will be contacting them in the near future though, see below.Cons: The tap/shut off valve they include is pretty difficult to operate. It is basically a knurled knob that you have to turn under full city water pressure with your fingers. This would be better if it was a lever or a larger knob so it is easier to grasp. The spout looks great (they say its a new updated feature) but it doesnt seem to mount very securely to the counter top. You can fairly easily rotate the base back and fourth with little effort. It doesnt seem to completely shut off, I may have to contact iSpring about this but there is a very light drip from the spout. This is my first RO system. Up until now weve been refilling 1 and 5 gallon bottles. Im looking forward to not having to make the weekly water run. I gave it 4/5 stars mostly due to the few issues I mentioned in the cons sections along with the one missing part that I had to go back to the hardware store to pick up when everything else was there. So far Id say the water tastes closer to what Dasani tastes like. Ill try to update this review in a couple months after some time with it.

I have bought and installed two of these. If you have a body, buying one of these is a great idea. The directions are clear and helpful, installation is easy, and the components seem to be of good quality. the faucet that mounts up on your counter is handsome but unobtrusive. you could pretty easily install this in an apartment and take it with you when you go: the installation is not invasive. I think its worth the extra money for the 6 stage over the 5. one tip that you might miss if you skim the instructions is the recommendation to hook everything up before the R/O membrane and flush a few gallons through the carbon filter into a bucket to avoid clogging up your new R/O membrane with carbon dust as the filters break in.
