Works great for a small household like mine. Had my husband install it. Love how my water taste now and also knowing its alkaline. The only draw back is, I noticed that they sold a package with a UV light after I had bought this particular one and while my husband started to install this verison.😕😒. If you can buy the package with the UV light then do so, because you never know when your city water is being worked on and then breaks accidentally, at least gives you that extra relief in your mind.☺🖒

Fantastic! Great water. The faucet is great quality and installed on our super-thick custom butcher block with no problem at all! Installation of the system went okay, was a little slower than expected because we needed a custom fitting since our drain is not a standard size, however, the customer service with iSpring is great and they offered a little compensation for the part we needed to buy locally. The company even followed up to be sure we got everything installed and running, a nice touch. Highly recommended.

Best value for the money. It produces a good quantity and tastes incredible. We have the hardest water which MUST go through a softner and then the iSpring makes it drinkable. Incredible. Would give up many home appliances before my RO system.

When i received the iSpring the box was not missing anything and had extra parts. I watched the YouTube video once and decided that the install would be fairly easy. I didnt want the unit under my sink so I installed it in the basement. The install was straight forward after watching the YouTube video. I mounted mine to a cement wall and place the tank on the floor in the basement. After approx. 1 1/4 hour installation i ran water through all the filters with the tank valve off, then filled the tank approx 2 1/4 hours. I flushed the tank then refilled the system and tested the water, it is 16ppm currently. I expect that to decrease after some use. I purchase the ice maker kit and hooked the ice maker to it also. I purchased and extra inline shut off value and placed it under the sink in case the faucet leaked. The paper instruction are not as good as the video just pay attention to how the filters are to be attached and you will be fine. Make sure all fitting are tight before starting the install and it will save time later if a leak does occur, which will most likely be from a lose fitting.
