This systems was very easy to install. The directions were accurate and complete. We love the water taste. My ice maker was plumbed with copper tubing, so I had to purchase an adapter at my local hardware store to connect it to the system. I called support and they were very helpful on identifying the adapter I needed.

My parents have purchased a similar water filter from another brand for a lot more, and to my surprise this one was quite cheap. If you have granite or marble countertops it is suggested that you hire someone that is insured and knows how to cut through stone. The installation was around the same amount as the filter itself, so budget for that. Otherwise the filter works well, and my family likes the taste of the water. Its a good investment, since now we can fill our own 5 gallon bottles, and its practically free. In a matter of a year it will save us trips to refill water and change.

Very good system. easy to put together. filters out the water very well. took longer than I expected to arrive but its a big product with lots of part so I can Understand that.

I really like this system. It was very easy to install and the water tastes phenomenal. I did not use the supplied faucet tap, instead running it to my refrigerator ice and water dispenser. We live in an older home with iron pipes and this made a huge difference. I highly recommend it, not only for the quality of water that comes out of it, but also for the easy installation.

Good instructions. Easy to install. Taste great. No more plastic water bottles to haul from the store and recycle. Wish I would have installed this a long time ago.

Dont know how I could live without this system. It was easy to install, easy to service. I live in an old mining town and the water leaves much to be desired. Ive tried the counter top water filter pitchers but they are inconvenient. Ill be buying a new iSpring system when we move again!

I bought this system and have been using it for a couple of years, it is easy to install, the water taste great and high quality. Great value for the price, the replacement filters are inexpensive and easy to change. The customer service is great too.

Weve had this system for a year and were very happy with it -- we would definitely recommend it. The installation was easy (and I have almost no plumbing experience). We have an unfinished basement directly below the kitchen, so I ran the lines to the basement, which make it easier to reach and change the filters.

Great tasting water from a system that was easy to install. Far exceeds my expectations. We love the water filter. My pets love the water and the coffee I make with the water tastes much better too. We buy water from our city and sometimes after a heavy rain, the water tasted fishy, but not since I installed this filtration system. No more chlorine flavor either.
