Went through many challenges along the way in order to install this system but once finally complete, the system works well and provides excellent water. My ppi digital tester says the water is 4 ppi. This is after 1 month of heavy use. Please make sure to watch videos on installation or else you might put the membrane in danger and clog it with the charcoal filters. (I didnt do that but it might happen to someone else who didnt pay close attention.)

This product was easy to install. I feel that we are a fairly handy family & there are plenty of videos online to refer to if you get stuck. It is small enough to fit under our sink even with a garbage disposal (which was a concern for us) & other cleaning products that we keep under there. So far, the quality of water has been great compared to the refrigerator filter. We looked at a few different options from the most expensive to the least expensive & this one was a perfect fit. My only negative comment is that the original package was missing 2 crucial pieces to install the faucet on the counter. We made a few trips to Home Depot to see if we could rig it but in the end it was worth the wait to get the correct pieces. Thank you.

After researching different water filters through EWG.org I settled on iSprings reverse osmosis system and so far am very pleased. I was hesitant to install it myself but after reading other reviews I gave it a try. Between reading the instruction manual and watching the videos it probably took me 3 hours. Instructions were very clear with good pictures and diagrams. I had a small leak with one of the fittings but after re-inserting the leak is gone. Package includes some spare parts as well. Water tastes great and has good pressure. I included a photo but I need to tidy up the hoses. Nick and others at customer service are prompt and helpful.

This is perhaps the best system for the money I could buy. It really gets the junk out. Mine was 8 ppm when measured! That is amazing water quality. Coffee/tea taste so much better!

Great product, price and quality. Installed myself and the instructions were very well written and helped make the install easy. Been using the water for over a week and it tastes great. Use it for water and ice for our refrigerator too with no problems. Had contact with Nick at iSpring in a email and he was helpful too with a video I sent him about the product.

Im very happy with this filtration system and would definitely recommend it to others. The install in easy to follow and only took my husband and I a few hours (I think this is very reasonable!). Since installing, my water tastes great and I have not had any leaks from the system itself. iSpring reps are quick and easy to get in contact with for support. Thanks Nick for the help!

The water tastes just as good if not better than bottled, spring water. No more wasting so much plastic to dispose of or lugging water home from Costco. Installation was easy and everything in the kit seemed like high quality parts. The kit even includes a nice brushed nickel faucet though I didnt end up needing it. Comes with pretty much all of the parts I could need to get it installed, I only added an ice maker line so that I could mount it in the crawl space so I didnt lose any cabinet space. Have had it for 3 months so far and still running great. I drink and use more water than when I used to buy bottled. I use it for cooking as well as my towns well water doesnt taste very good. Great kit and filters are not too expensive. Josh and hit team provide great customer support =)
