The installation was fairly easy, but had to run the tubing from the opposite side of the sink, so I had to run out and buy longer tubing. I bought it mainly to remove the chloramine taste and smell in our water. The unit does the job very well.

Received damaged tank, called customer service and they sent out new tank ASAP. What I liked most was the multi stage filtration and the availability and ease of filter changes.

Geart Reverse Osmosis system. Much much better than the Brita pitcher. Will never go back to those tiny filters.

I had been researching which system I wanted to get for a couple months - spending time in Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, talked to Kinetico dealers, looked at Costco - all the usual places. I finally decided on this system because of its good reviews and rating. In my case, it took me a good ten minutes to drill through my sink (probably a 1/4" thickness) and the bit was completely useless once I got through the surface.Other than that, installation was easy and smooth. I like the taste of the purified water. I'm glad that I made the purchase.

Quality of the system and materials are better than my old system. Replacing the system only took me about 30 miniutes and it's working like it should. The water quality and taste improved dramatically due to the alkaline cartridge I believe and I would recommend this iSpring system.

It was easy to install without needing a bunch of tools. Hooked the unit up to filter the water to both the sink and fridge, and have no issues. After running water through the system and drined a few tank of water out, you could taste the difference in the water. There are other products out there that are more expensive but this does an amazing job.

After a few years of having the pitcher filter, it started leaking. Did some research and decided on this ro system. Glad we made the right chice, this ro system is wonderful. We are now drinking more water and it taste great compare to the pitcher.
