Since I bought this water filter, our food has tasted better. The quality of water sure makes a difference when cooking. Installing this system was easy due to the clear and concise instruction that was provided in the package. The package itself came intact with no damage. The installation was pretty easy as long as you review the installation video and/or read through the instructions. NICK was also helpful answering our questions about this product. He is fast to respond and accommodating.

I have used the iSpring system for the past 5 years. My overall experience is satisfying. The installation is a little bit tricky. You need to drill a hole in the pipe. But if you are handy, you can do it yourself. Otherwise, you can hire a handyman. Considering the affordable price of the iSpring system, I give it a 4.5 star for initial installation. The maintenance is a little bit tricky either. I forget how to change filters and has to look up the manual again and again. It is easy to change filter 1-3, but not 4-5. The price of the filter itself is not cheap, but still lower than other brands. The water quality is excellent. The customer support is excellent. I worked with Josh from iSpring. So I give a 4 star for daily usage and maintenance. Overall, I would give it a 4-4.5 star rating.

I am extremely impressed with this water filter. The installations instructions were wonderful! They actually had color pictures in the instructions which made installing it so much easier and clearer! The filter parts were all packaged up nicely and arrived in perfect condition. It took us about 1.5 hours to install. It doesnt take up overly too much room under the sink. I also like that the tank is bigger than some others we have had. We wont run out of water in the storage tank very easily anymore. Another great feature is that the spigot that sits on tops of the sink is brushed! No cheap chrome! It actually weighs a decent amount and by weightalone you can tell its not a flimsy piece of junk!

This is a great drinking water system. I did some research on reverse osmosis systems and felt this one had everything. Plus, their customer service is fantastic! Especially Josh in customer service. The water tastes great and thats a plus since I am dealing with Vegas water. Thank you for creating such a great home drinking water system.

This has been the best purchase weve ever made for our house. The iSpring works like a Champion. The water tastes excellent, our dog even drinks more water now. Installation took about 1 hour and was straight forward.

It is a great system and my water now tastes amazing! I would highly recommend. Installation was fairly simple as well, it took me about 1.5-2 hours from opening the box to having it all set up. iSpring was great to work with and even sent me a free years worth of filters for sending them a video of my installed system.

Wonderful system. It works well and makes wonderful water. I would rate my DIY skills as moderate and I found the installation to be fairly simple. Just be careful when drilling the hole for the drain line! Their customer service is outstanding. After just over a year, I had a problem with the system continuously draining. Although my system was out of warranty they were quick to help me and provide me with a solution that was extremely fair to me. I strongly recommend this company!

Very nice system. Water comes out tasting great and super clean. Depending on your house, filters last a long time. Had my system for about over 2 years now and still going great! I liked it so much I bought 2 systems already and will be buying a 3rd soon for another home.
