I could tell the difference in my water after installing this unit. Water feels softer and my wife could feel the difference too. I have had it about a month and a half now and I can tell it's working because I cleaned the toilets of that calcium ring that always formed in the bowl and have not seen it reappear.

First of all, this is descaler, not water softner. Manual says it remove stains after installing it. We were not able to remove old stains 100% so we still see them but after installing the device, there is significant improvements. we don't see any new stain building up.

The product works as advertised. I have noticed no water rings in the toilets and the sinks and showers have no scaling. I highly recommend this as an alternative to water sofener.

Installed this product a week ago and can already tell a difference. I know it is not a water softener, however the water seems to fell differently and leaves no spots like it used to do. I am excited to see the future results as time goes by.

I believe this descaler worked. Better showers, way less calcium buildup, dishwasher and washer already show less build up.
