I never write reviews and as you can tell I jump all over the place, but this was a great buy, the only thing I would do different is go to the 6 stage filtration system to add the minerals for flavor. The downside is that when the tank is refilled, it makes bubbly noise that I can hear across my living room.

It was pretty easy to install, but the fifth stage was missing the o-ring holding the water out line in place, so we called them and they immediately sent us a new one. I had a hard time deciding which RO filter to go with but after the customer service I received today I know I made the right choice.

I have hauled 5 gallon water jugs, and have had the kind of filter that goes on the faucet. I definitely recommend this system. The installation was a bit of a hassle but everything works great after that. You can tell the difference in taste.

We have had it since we moved in a year ago and its worked wonderfully! When I got the box it looked intimidating to install, and everything was included and the instructions were amazing. Took us about an hour to install. Here's the water tests after a few tank drained, I conducted with a tds meter. Result, from 83 to 3.

Inexpensive compared to some high end brands but equally (even better) effective. I recommend it over the whirlpool system.
