Sometimes there is air in the line which gives a cloudy appearance of some degree, sometimes more, sometimes less, that we have experienced with this system. All of our water based drinks (coffee, lemonade, gatorade) taste way better though.

I read the instructions for installation and proceeded to install under the sync. It is replacing an inline carbon filter that was used on our fridge, and the difference in taste is easily noticed.

After filling and emptying the tank 3 times, the water was crystal clear and tasted really good. After being in place for 4 months, we still have fresh crisp water! This system does work to improve the water quality.
