1) Its delivered 2 days before the delivery date.2) Package was very good. They used double box.3) Product built quality looks like high end material.4) Costumer service is amazing. Very quick response to emails and phone calls.5) The adapter they sent didnt fit to my pipe but I got it from home depot and installed it. I spent extra $15, but I dont complain because they cant predict that.6) Water quality is really good. First couple weeks we get little white colour because of the new filter extra bubbles. I searched on the internet. Its normal for this type of water systems.7) I recommend to everybody.

The unit was easy to assemble as making the tubing connections was the hardest part. Once all connections ade the water was turned on and the unit flushed twice as outlined in the instructions. After two flushes the water tasted fantastic. Im using county that comes from a reservoir which is heavily treated and tastes horrible. The I Spring RO system is bar far the best deal on the market for its class. Im very happy I bought it. Ive used industrial RO systems fo over 20 years and you cant beat the quality and performance of this one.Tim

Im writing this review because of how confusing the water filter choice can be. I created a very complicated spreadsheet that looked at pH values, purety of water, value for the dollar, strength of customer reviews on product quality and customer service and then hit up facebook to ask if others had used the product the data had pointed me to. That product was the iSpring RCC7AK. It turns out that my sister, as the chef on a billionairs yacht, upgraded their old filter to this very same filter. The owner and yacht staff are very happy with the taste and purity of the water (and in docking in 3rd world country ports, purity is extremely important).iSpring not only has one of the highest quality products Ive seen, they are also the most proactive customer service I have ever experienced outside of a Lexus dealership. Im proud to rate this product with a 5/5. Highly recommended!

We are on a community well. The original water tasted like plastic - probably from too much chlorine. The water was clear and tasted amazing after this was installed. I was worried that it might not work when installing it to my refrigerator water dispenser since it claims it needs more pressure than the ispring was putting out. In the end, it works perfectly with our refrigerator.

I got this yesterday and installed it last night. The instructions were spot on for the installation. I was replacing a previous water filter system, so many of the steps I didnt need to perform, such as installing a cold water splitter with shutoff value. After a few hours, I was getting good flow through the unit, and the water tastes great. I had some minor issues with the quick connects. They seem easy, but I always have a hard time disconnecting tubing from them. I had one minor leak that I was able to address quickly by resetting the quick connect on one end. I would recommend hiring someone to perform the install if you are not familiar with plumbing.

After researching reverse osmosis systems, I selected the iSpring RCC7AK because of its multi-stage process, including reintroducing "good" minerals that are removed during the process. The filtered water tastes clean and leaves no bad after taste. I was able to choose the finish for the faucet to match my brushed nickel sink faucet. The system took several hours to install by someone who had previously installed RO systems, but not an iSpring; installation included the optional water line from the RO system to the refrigerator. Note: if you want this water-line connection, be sure to also order the optional water line tubing.

Unit was super easy to set up. I had an issue with one of my membranes not working, it was taken care of no questions asked. Ive been running the unit every day for the last few months. TDS is still around 15-21. I didnt really like how everything was all stacked so I mounted filters to the wall and made it a little more serviceable. I was contacted a few months after purchase to see how things were going. I mentioned my PH was low already, and the PH filter was replaced, no questions. I wasnt expecting that! Sure is refreshing when there are other companies out there that care about their customers. Im happy I bought from these folks!
