I installed this system myself in a couple of hours It fits nicely under the sink and the facet is stylish The water tastes great too So far I am very please with this product

Shipping was pretty quick and I got this for a great price $270CAD. The first issue was that the faucet that came with this package was not the European styling one but the older one used by iSpring also the leak detect alarm was missing.I contacted Amazon and iSpring and withing a week iSpring shipped new faucet and leak alarm and Amazon returned some money. A+ for customer service on this.My bad luck continued as the install took a bit longer but I wasnt rushing and wanted to make sure everything is connected right but when I hooked up the line with the valve that feeds cold water to the filter there was a small leak. Once again I have contacted iSpring and they shipped new valve to me that one worked without any leaks.If you see some bubbles and bit of a milky color water this will clear up within couple of tanks of water.Water tests great !!!I have to say that the lot of companies can make great product but not many can provide such a great customer support as iSpring.Using unit for last 6 months using this water for drinking or boiling for tea or in our espresso machine tests great and this unit is highly recommended event at its regular price.

I do recommend this RO system. Of course there is room for improvements but the iSpring customer service is there to help.PROS:1) The tank fills up about 3x faster than it does without a pump.2) Produces very clean water i have seen my tap water go from 370+ppm to at least 5ppm.3) The RO water tastes much better than the water that comes directly from the tap.4) Low noise pump!5) Tank fills up in roughly 1 hours.6) So far no leaks.7) Amazing customer service!CONS:1) I did not like the taste of the water after it had been in the tank for more than 12 hours.Buy with confidence!

Install was easy and water taste has improved greatly. I would recommend this system and I am considering getting the same system for my parents for Christmas. Very happy ty.

The water tastes great. Every bit as good as any bottled water.We are on a well and have a softener but still I didnt like the water. Now it is fantastic!
