I installed an iSpring RCC7 Hich Capacity Under Sink 5 Stage RO system on March 4th, 2018. I was previously was renting a 3 stage RO system for $32.00 per month. In 7 months the RCC7 will have paid for itself. The installation was very easy, since I was removing one system and installing another. The best part about the system is the water quality. The water is crystal clear and taste great. The only con is the system takes a little longer to fill the tank than the system I removed, but I assume that can be attributed to better filtration.

Replaced an old under counter sediment filter with the iSpring RCC7 RO system after installing a salt based water softener. TDS reading was 240ppm prior to RO system install. After install the TDS dropped to 10ppm. The included brushed nickel faucet is high quality and matches well with my main faucet. The install instructions were well done and easy to follow. The quick connects for the quarter inch tubing made the install quick and easy. After a couple weeks of operation there are still no leaks. I also installed the refrigerator connection which was also an easy install. I had a question concerning a ALS1 Safeguard Leak Detector/Shutoff Valve and the folks at 123filter.com where quick to respond and very helpful.

I bought this because my well water has an odor to it. With this ro system the taste is wonderful and has no odor. Install time was about an hour. I could have easily done it in less but I took my time. The included instructions are spot on. Granted, I have been working construction for 25 years, but even with no experience this would be a snap to install. I also bought a Permeate Pump to use with this system. The instruction include with the pump were less than stellar. I emailed Josh with Ispring and he got a good set of instructions right out.

I love my iSpring 5 Stage Reverse Osmosis System! Im no plumber and it was SO EASY to install and get up and running. It took me less than 2 hours and I was up and drinking clean, filtered, odor free water. Ive installed the system at my home and business for my employees and clients to enjoy. No more costly bottled water or large refillable water dispensers that these big water delivery companies make a ton of money on.

Unit works well, I have well water and besides a few problems from calcium build up this unit has been working fine for two years. The seller has been very helpful in sorting out any problems I have had even past the warranty.

My old Whirlpool 3-Stage RO system wore out and it was a better deal to replace it with a new system than to buy parts for the old one. The iSpring RCC7 5-stage is a better deal: it is designed better, costs less, and produces better tasting water than my old one ever did. I've been using this system for two weeks. The faucet is much better than the old chrome one. The hose fittings allow you to easily remove and reinstall hoses which may be necessary during installation or troubleshooting. Installation is more complex than replacing an old faucet, but if you're somewhat handy with tools, you can do it without hiring a plumber or contractor by watching the installation video on YouTube. Customer service is Outstanding: a representative answered my call on the first ring, spoke English with no accent, was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I recommend this company and its products to everyone.

I have been having trouble with my well water for a very long time. I also raise show Bettas and to get enough clean soft water for them has been a challenge! Having had my iSpring RCC7 system installed now for almost a month, I can truly say how happy I am. Thank you.

Perfect!! I've been wanting to purchase an RO system for a long time but was expecting a large price tag. When I saw this system along with the excellent reviews to go with it, I made the purchase. Installation was easy and the water is excellent. I went one step further and purchased an adapter so I could tap into my refrigerator line (system is located in an island, under my sink, but there was a loop which routed the plumbing back to the refrigerator). I was worried there wouldn't be enough pressure for the distance it had to run, but it turned out just fine. I was really happy about this. The ice is crystal clear!! I no longer purchase bottled water, and I dont have to fill gallons for my Keurig. I fill a1 gallon water jug for work each day right from my own kitchen. Needless to say I am very happy with this system and highly recommend it for anyone that lives off bottled water. Customer Service is great too. Excellent Company!! Excellent Product!!
