We have had our iSpring installed now for a week and a half, we really like the taste of our water now and feel great about drinking it. Easy and quick install as well. It does take a lot of the underneath of our sink area but still plenty of room for the needed items to store. Customer service when talking with iSpring was a great experience also, very nice , helpful and professional person named Nick answered all our questions that we had about our new system!!!!!!

We live in rural Iowa where water is really hard and my TDS level was about 350ish but with the RO the TDS has dropped to 30 or so. I am extremely satisfied with this product. Well worth the money.

Installation was a breeze. I had a 4 hole sink, and I was not using the soap dispenser so out it went and was replaced by the water faucet. The faucet has a bit narrow base, so I had to get a pair of 1 3/4in washers and stuck them to the top & bottom of the soap-dispenser hole on the sink. The faucet then went in perfectly. I now have a ready supply of refreshing and tasty water. Keeping in mind the feedback about the waste of water from reverse osmosis process, we do not drink directly from the faucet. Instead we use a water dispenser. This way the tank gets almost empty in each use, and the RO process is most efficient. I have piping laid out to extract the RO waste water to water my plants, but its not yet connected so I am not sure of the actual amount of water wasted. If it does turn out to be significant, then I may put in a RO pump to further optimize waste of water, but I have not had any loss of pressure issues so its not a urgent need. Overall, the family feels this has been a good investment and well worth it.

Easy install and with no leaks. Instructions are easy to follow. Takes up about half of the under sink storage. Need to sort the lines a bit but works great.

Installed our filter a few months ago, I have nothing but good to say about it. Our city water, like most places, is slightly chlorinated to kill bacteria, but thats obviously not ideal for taste or health. This filter makes our drinking water taste pure again. I actually filled a drinking glass with tap water (from force of habit), and didnt catch myself until I took a taste and realized what Id done, so even subconsciously, I noticed a tremendous difference. Installation was a breeze thanks to great instructions and everything seems solid. Had to take off the tank at one point to add more tephlon tape, but that was my mistake. Customer service was on top of their game as well, I ended up needing a new faucet and they sent me one, no questions asked, in just a couple days.

We love this product. Installed it with no issues, no leaking, etc. We live in a suburb of Minneapolis and the city water is very hard. Our RO water tastes amazing and we couldnt be happier. No more heavy water jugs and plastic waste. This system also buffers the water Ph and and added back important minerals (calcium and magnesium) to make healthy water, which is not the case with all systems. Highly recommend!

The delivery service was very fast. It was really easy to install. We drink only water at home and now we have also a baby so it is much more comfortable for us that we dont have to buy so much water every week.I also use it for my flowers, for cooking, for the side by side fridge, for cafe machine, so for everything... Im very content with the system, I can recommend it!! (thx Josh)
