i have very hard water in my area (CA) so got a water softener which I found could get more support from a ro system..After doing weeks of research and calling different companies it wasn't hard to go with the Reverse Osmosis system. Based on all the reviews and recommendations, I went with this system and it has been working fabulous since day 1!

I setup the entire system within 2 hours. While I have not done an analysis of the water output, I love my results by simply tasting the difference between my tap water and filtered water.

Works excellent. Improved our well water on the farm for drinking purposes. Very easy to install. Took about 2 hours and I added an additional line for ice maker.

I was worried that going through as much water as we do there may be an issue with waiting for the tank to fill up and I have never had a problem with that so far!! The 2 things I wish were better; it didn't waste as much water when filtering (I haven't noticed a difference to our water bill so that's great) and sometimes after turning the water off the water will continue to come out a little bit. The only thing I wish I had considered beforehand was a way to save the RO waste water.

This was the best choice I believe I made for getting the best water quality for myself and my family. 3 gallons of water that are used to flush out the unwanted substances.

Customer support is excellent. We had some small leaks during installation and contacted isping the manufacturer. They patiently walked me through troubleshooting and found it was caused by a defective connecter. With no questions asked they express mailed a replacement part. Problem solved with the replacement and I have clean drinking water that tastes better than ever.

I would purchase this again and recommend it to anyone who wants to drink water that is odorless and tastes delicious. The water is almost invisible when you are poring it into a dark container and it tastes better than any water I have had from a faucet or even bottles.
